I placed an order for several items and one sweatshirt was made with the wrong colors. I notified customer service and they replaced the item, but that item got lost in transit. So after contacting customer service again, they sent out another sweatshirt and it arrived very quickly. And the colors were correct and they looked great. I appreciate the willingness to replace the item and the quickness with which I received it.
Very disappointed in this sweatshirt as I ordered a large and what showed up was a large but more like a kids size large, not an adult size large.

I ordered the jacket and expected it to take a few weeks to get to me because it needed to have the school and my granddaughter's name added to it. I was pleasantly surprised on how quick it came and the quality is very good for the price! I would recommend this company for team spirit wear.

I love the quality of the sweatshirt and the delivery was good. I was just slightly disappointed that under East Kentwood, where "falcons" is printed. The black on black does not show up. I thought from the picture that it would show up better.

I recently ordered some sweatshirts through Spirit Shop since our school currently doesn't have an open store for spirit gear. I was a bit hesitant at first, especially after having bad experiences with other sites—poor quality, cheap material, and peeling. Looked as it was made from a home circuit! But I am SO happy I made this purchase! The quality of these sweatshirts is fantastic, and they look and feel great. I loved that I could customize them, so they don't match everyone else around the sports events!
