We like the quality of the product, and the custom design was completed nicely, but the jacket still runs small. We usually buy medium in all of the brands of jackets, but even after going up a size and buying a large it is not as large as it should be- the sleeves are still a bit shorter.
I liked the logo that I selected for West Jeff soccer, could have been a little larger though. I don't know who decides on the placement of the logo, but when I wear the sweatshirt, the logo is practically in my armpit, so needless to say I probably won't be wearing it very much - which is very disappointing
Ordered a sweatshirt what arrived was not right they refused to exchange it or let us return it for refund.
I would advise people to stay away from these people if they wont correct a simple problem.

I see that the product you received does indeed match the lacrosse design on your confirmation, and that our customer service team has offered a discounted replacement if you wish to order a design other than what you originally ordered.

Sweatshirt was of good quality, but we had to cut the neck. It was too tight and our son's head kept getting stuck. For the price of the sweatshirt, I was disappointed we had to cut it.

The shirts I ordered, the one with a collar was missing 1 button. I didn't see it until I was putting it on my partner. He was being recognized for his football at Colerain Century recognition night! He was in class of 1959! It only takes a minute to see a missing button when there's only 2!
