The sizing charts are off on this site and the jogger pants are ill-fitting - huge in some areas and really tight in others. The clothing is clearly made in a foreign factory (probably China) as they took a month to arrive. The website says hassle free returns, but it hasn't been hassle free. At first they wanted to send me new sizes, which I refused because of how ill-fitting they are. Then they wanted to refund me 20% but have me keep pants I can't even wear. Finally, they refunded my full purchase amount upon return, but the pants cost over $13 to return and I am out that money. I will never order from them again. I wish I would have seen these reviews before I took a chance on them.
After waiting 38 days since they charged over $100 to my credit card and contacting them multiple times I still am no closer to receiving my items. They refuse to look into why my shipment status hasn't changed in 24 days, just replying with "it was shipped" and because of COVID it will take an extra 10 days (not the 5-7 days they list on the site). I'm sorry but COVID does not account for 24 days of shipping inactivity AFTER clearing customs in the US. The package has been lost, own up to it; get with your shipper and either provide an expedited replacement or give me a refund. This is just wrong! I've opened a dispute with PayPal and my CC, but PayPal has been a waste. I swear they just profit off of sham companies like this giving people a false sense of security. At first the email provided didn't work, it said it was "blocked". Then low and behold when it was sent from PayPal's dispute center it "magically" worked. But every response is a caged "it has shipped" response, and now they won't even respond at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Run Away!
First let me say, I never write reviews like this. However I'm tired of this type of service. I ordered three items from this boutique so my order was over $100 with tax and shipping. It took forever to receive and when I finally did the quality of the clothing was terrible. I will NOT wear this clothing, nor would I give it to anyone I know. It is useless to me. I emailed them several times about returning these items. No one ever responded to my emails. They say you can return if not satisfied. Obviously that is not true. There is no other way to contact them.
I ordered three things and haven't received any 2 months later. I also have not received a tracking email, although the money was pulled from my account. Attempts to contact spelesy have been a nightmare, and they have the worst customer service ever. DO NOT ORDER
Poor quality and can't contact anyone to make a return with in the 7days. STAY AWAY. There is no return address to even contact, nor is the name of the sender on the packing list with no invoice number. Just a bunch of Chinese letters.
Ordered two pairs of joggers. Shipping was super sketchy, originally from China, but bounced all over the US before arriving. The fit was terrible, quality of materials and stitching were also terrible. After reading the other reviews, I'm not sinking in more money to try and return. Total loss, and waste of resources for something I can't use.
I ordered overalls and sweat pants. I received two see through mess tops one in black one in white. Never received my items. Told me I had to sent the wrong items back to them at my own expense. Still In dispute back and forth with PayPal. They keep dragging the responses to delay my refund. Terrible service
This company had some cute shirts that popped up on Instagram so I ordered a few to try. The order never arrived. When I attempted to go back through the company to check on the order there is no way to contact them or provide any feedback. The email address they list does not work. This company is a fraud. Having to dispute through PayPay and my CC company - what a pain.
It took a month to get my item from this "designed and operated" in NYC "boutique." It was originally drop shipped from China to some guy in the South. When I got them they were awful looking - full polyester garbage - not the blend it claimed. It was also see through. No tags either. I contacted their "customer support," who said they'd refund me - but it wasn't clear if it was a 20% refund or I had to send the item to some apartment in WA for a full refund because their English was off. These people are not based in NYC. It's a total scam to drop ship $#*!ty made clothing from China. I'd honestly be afraid to wear this garbage since it'a probably laced with harmful chemicals.
Awful products. I am asking for a full refund and no one is responding to my request.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, IT IS A FRUD.

Dear Fellow Fashionistas: The awesome hot pink neon cut out shirt is a cheap tacky velour material that's going to be hot AF. The camo pants are a cheap polyester too. Save your money. I'm donating the entire outfit. Total loser.
