The clothes are nothing like the pictures. The fabric is very cheap looking. To return anything, you are running through hoops. I think they just want you to give up. I will not and have been working on 2 returns for over 3 months now. Please do not buy from this company!
Crap quality. Crap material. Looks like they bought the fabric from Michaels like something your child would make a craft with and then just stitched it together in the shape of pants. Took months to arrive. Just crap. Not going to bother trying to send it back based on other reviews of not being likely to ever get a refund. 10/10 would not recommend.
If I could give less than one star I would! Do not purchase from this company. Most of the products are poor quality and when you return refunds are not forthcoming. I have been emailing for weeks with nil response. They owe me $75!
Thought I was ordering a cute swing top. Received and it was cut like a box. Did not fit correctly. Was very cheap looking. Have e mailed several times to see how to return. No one will respond. Has been charged to my credit card. Should have known. Again DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. Advertise cute cloths but are ugly and not very well made. No information on how to clean and does not say what the item is made from. IS A SCAM!
Their facebook ad got me and my love for tie dye clothing was too strong to resist. These items finally arrived after about 4 weeks and the quality is TERRIBLE. Nothing fits right and what I thought was going to be cute turned out to be awful. I hope someone reads these reviews and decides to not order from this crap boutique, because I wish I had done that and avoided wasting $100. I am going to try and return but it's not looking like that will be successful either. BUYER BEWARE! This is what we get for wanting fast fashion crap.
UPDATE AS OF 9/9/2020: No response when I inquired about a return to the email listed on their website. I emailed twice and nothing. I was able to dispute the charge through my credit card company (AMEX) and I will be donating the clothes.
I ordered because it says they're in Brooklyn. Top and a dress. Super cheap fabric and manufactured (like Chinese flea market). Decided to keep top but dress did not fit at all. I have emailed them 5 times and no reply! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. This is just another Asian scam website.
Awful fit, material is cheap and some items have chemical smell. I emailed many times and they just ignore my emails, of course.
The company is advertised as Spelesy but the parent company is Belinda Fashion Group.
Placed an order 5/10, it's now 6/18 I've received half my order. I'm now in a pending case with PayPal to get the money back for the item I didn't receive. Never received any tracking info, zero way to return.
Very poor quality merchandise. Need to return and have been waiting over 2 weeks for response. I'm afraid I'm stuck with their crappy product. Should have read their reviews first. Don't waste your money.
Ugh, I'm mad at myself for this one! I ordered the zebra print pants that looked so cute in the picture but when they finally arrived after weeks of waiting and confusing back and forth emails with a robot, they are disgusting! The fabric is a shiny mix of toxic crap that my friend said is a yeast infection in the making! Yuck, so sorry to the children who made these in China, so sorry to earth for falling for this too. They also have men reviewing women's clothes on their site, total sketch!
I ordered two shirts, they still haven't arrived and it's been over a month. I've sent three emails trying to contact the company but have received no reply. I intend to call my credit card and cancel the order. Just horrible.
Do not order from this company! I placed an order three months ago and I have not retired. The company does not have a phone and they do not respond to emails.
This company is a total scam! Misleading advertising on social media. Don't fall for it!

DO NOT buy a thing from the company. The items you receive are nothing like the picture in style, fabric, quality - this is a fraudulent company. They say you can return items, but you really can't and you certainly can't wear them. The waste produced by this company is sad and appalling and it comes from China. Everything about Spelesy is awful.
I ordered 125.00 of clothing from them the package was missing I outfit need refund on this item the others are unflattering and don't fit I have emailed them with no response why can they tell me where to send my purchase for a full return Don't shop here
Don't do it! This company is a fraud. What I learned is that they have the clothing made here in the US and I'm sure that is what you see in the pictures. In the pictures on the website the materials look good and the fashion is lovely. But then they sent it to China where it's manufactured and that's where the materials are different and the sizing and the everything! What you get is a whole Lot of crap... To put it gently. I promise that what you purchase is not what you see in the photo. And I promise that you will have a miserable experience returning your item for a full refund! This company should not be in business! If I could give them zero stars I would!
If you get customer service to reply to you, they will first try to get you to do a free exchange. So you keep you initial purchase and then they send you another item for free. The trouble is when you want a full refund! This is when communication may stop. They simply want to keep your money. I was thankful to have paid through PayPal. I was relieved they didn't have my credit card information. So after 6 weeks of not receiving my order I contacted PayPal. They were great and at the end of the day I did receive a full refund. I don't believe that without PayPal I would have been this lucky or relieved.
I think it cost me 26.00 to mail the $#*! back to them in Reston, WA... a lot of money, but I was happy to get it out of my face! A painful reminder of only reading their bs reviews on their website! Shame on me. I will likely never order off Facebook again! I cannot confirm this, but I believe they may have another website with a different name. I definitely have seen another company with some of the same clothing. Buyer beware! How people like this can stay in business is a mystery to me? They are crooks! I for one am happy to have this experience behind me. Do yourself a favor and just stay away!
I posted a picture of the lace T-shirt's which looked amazing on the website! Well there was nothing amazing about them! The fabric, the fit, the cheapness! Just disgusting! Believe all the reviews you have read! We all have had a terrible experience with this fraud of a company!
I ordered summer pants early in May. When I check the tracking #, it only states that a shipping label has been created on the day I ordered, nothing since & its June 11th.
I ordered by mistake! Thought I was ordering from Three Bird Nest. That company actually got right back to me when I sent email with questions about my order. That's when I realized I hadn't selected their add on FB.
Same thoughts as others posted. A total waste of money. The quality is so poor. The pink color of the shirt was not depicted well. It is hot pink and the fabric is cheap. A total lesson for me on these online boutiques. Ordered in April, received in June. A drop shipment for sure. Garbage.
I'm honestly embarrassed I fell for this. I bought three items because the reviews were great for all of them. The clothes I received look NOTHING like the pictures online, and the material is cheap and uncomfortable. I waited over a month for them to arrive, which I now know is because they are shipped from China. I went and looked back at the reviews wondering why they're so positive, and I realized EVERY SINGLE ITEM on their site has 5 stars and no negative reviews. They're obviously fake considering all of the negative reviews here. This company is a scam. Don't fall for it like I did!

Awful! Just awful! I love shopping on line, however I have never received such poor customer service from anywhere! I asked for a refund the same day that I received my 2 clothing items and they will not provide a shipping address to return the clothes, nor will they refund my money. They have responded to one email saying they will "look into this"! Buyer beware! They also do not provide a phone number for their customers to contact them. They should not be allowed to be in business!
