I ordered two pair of glasses. One pair is great. The second pair delivered is not what I ordered. I waited at least 25 minutes on hold waiting for an agent that never answered. I also sent an email and am still waiting on a reply after 4 days. Their customer service appears to be non-existent.

I've shopped at this site for years. I no longer buy a bunch of different styles, I've been sticking with one that fits my needs the most.

I have 2 pair of the same product I ordered. However, the new pair I just received seems inferior and suspect it to be conterfit.

I was disappointed that altho it said 19 colors available and I wanted the purple and black, the final order only offered gray.

I received my glasses and they had inadvertently sent the crystal frosted frames instead of the black crystal frames. They quickly sent out the correct black frames and provided a return label for the others. They were very apologetic and made things right. A great experience overall.

The comb arrived in three days. It is the best quality comb I've ever had.

Loved glasses but not large enough to wear over my prescription glasses. Gave to my sister. She can wear without glasses.

It's been 10 days since I placed my order. I received zero status updates, and expected to receive the product within a week. After my second request for status, I was told the product is in process. No shipping estimate. Have not yet received, and no idea if/when I will. I generously gave 3 stars.

As someone new to this site, it was easy to search the site for the style I was looking for. Service was great and delivery was quick.
