The glasses in the picture on the website do not show any spring on the hinges between the body of the frame and the temples. I have ordered these glasses several times. Sometimes they come with no hinge spring. The models with no spring as shown in the picture are very poor quality and the hinges wear out very quickly. The models with the spring are really great, good quality glasses that I love and recommend to people frequently. Fortunately, the glasses I received this time were the good kind, so I am very pleased. You should change the picture on the website to show the correct glasses with the hinge spring that you are currently shipping. You should also make sure that you never ship glasses without the spring like the pair in the picture, as these are poor quality and will disappoint your customers.

While I received notice of a refund for one of the pairs I ordered, it wasn't exactly clear why. I presume it was because it was out of stock. I would like to have been notified how that was going to impact the shipping timeline. I really needed a new pair and was about to purchase one at the local CVS when this arrived.

Easy checkout. Glasses were what was expected upon ordering.

Great product at a good price. The only problem I have is that when I order something that is showing it is in stock, after placing the order I receive notice it is not available. Very frustrating. Hope you can get your available inventory updated better.
