Love the frames but the lenses do not match my prescription. After mailing back my glasses, I have contacted customer service twice with no response or resolve. I was told my lenses are not eligible for refund, nor do they have the man power to look into the issue. Disappointed!

Not Satisfied. After VERY CAREFULLY measuring my glasses (both in mm and inches, I placed my order. When I received the above fitovers, the fitovers were too small. So I called for instructions for return/refund.
I spoke to someone and they instructed me how to return, which I am doing today via USPS as instructed. I was also told that the return postage WAS NOT prepaid, that I had to pay at my expense, which is not appropriate since I followed the measurement instructions VERY CAREFULLY, and then they did not fit. So again Not Satisfied.

Great web site, lots of choices in wiiiide readers. The actual glasses seem well made, the only issue is the nose pad missing from one pair making them an expensive unusable uncomfortable mistake. Trying to find a contact number to find out how to get this fixed.
