If you are looking for a cable provider please do not consider Spectrum Formerly Known As Time Warner Cable they have very high prices, they are not concern for customer price range. The price starting at $100 only TV. They want you to bundle to get special offers. Cable boxes or high the remote doesn't work. Customer service always says I'm sorry there's nothing I can do. From the beginning I wish they would have said I'm sorry there's nothing I can do, but take your payment. This is the worse cable company ever. If you don't care about prices, then spectrum is for you, if you don't care about customer service, spectrum is for you, if you are looking for a low rate great promotions spectrum is not for you. You are offered promotions that you don't get. I believe that customer service is trying to lie two customers just to get them to sign up. I wish Time Warner Cable was still available. I actually dislike this company so much.Be Aware Highest prices in cable companies. High prices Low customer services.

Recently received a huge increase in billing with no notices rep had no logical explanation as to why the increase: rep said they can offer a package which included HBO for a better price: was told a technician needed to come to my business to change the box to allow HBO: not only do I not have HBO I now lost channels I had with my last package and rate is even higher: spoke to several reps to try and correct this matter including supervisors and not ONE representative was able to correct or comprehend what needed to be done: spectrum representatives have little to no knowledge in regard to ha handling customer service issues: they have a no interest attitude and could care less about rectifying the problem: I am cancelling service and suggest Soectrum take a serious interest in how their customers are treated,,

I work for a major Airlines in IT Service Desk support with users that work from home and have their home network through Spectrum. Over 70% of our trouble calls in this area come from the east coast, and 90% of them use Spectrum out of the 2 most popular ISP's.

Spend the extra money and get AT&T.

I had internet only, switched to add TV and was forced to take the phone to get the better deal. Now I can only use one device on my internet. If I want to add more it cost more. If I cancel the Internet and phone my bill goes from $1113 to $98.66 + tax. Are these people SERIOUS? Monday I will be canceling all 3 services and getting internet through our local phone company. Honestly, STAY AWAY FROM SPECTRUM. I was OK with the service when it was TWC.

Billing Sucks

I received a shut off notice today, the 17th. Yesterday would have been the shut off date! I paid the balance on the 9th! You would have turned my service off, then tell me the next day?! Really!?

I currently have internet and phone service. I want to cancel my phone service. I need to cut cost wherever I can. My husband was told we cant cancel my phone until my bill is paid. What the ####. I am trying to bring my cost down so that i can afford the bill. When they were Bright house they had awesome customer service and this is the reason I kept for all these years. Will be looking to replace internet since they cant work with you.

The repair guys who came today were THUGS, when i spoke up about what i wanted and didn't want, they builled me and threatened to charge me fifty dollars. When i said that was unacceptable the guy said "I dont' care what you want, I'm doing it anyhow" and I threw them out and called and complained. I felt UNSAFE and THREATENED in my own home by these $#*!s. Spectrum was "sorry" and will send "different guys" later today. I AM GOING TO CUT THE CORD SOON. THey suck

I have finally cut the cable cord and gone to YouTube TV (which I love) after Spectrum jacked my price up $60 a month in the space of 4 months while telling me that I was getting a discounted price. It started out as $79 a month, quickly increased to $110 and then finally $164 a month for 2 TVs and internet only (no extras or premium channels). On top of that I had constant problems with my internet shutting down or speeds dropping drastically for no reason. I probably called customer service 3 times a month for 3 years!
Now I'm enjoying watching what I want to watch, when I want on YouTube TV without wading through all garbage and repeat channels on Spectrum Spectrum tells you that your are getting 300 channels but that's a lie. You are really getting the exact same channels repeated 3 times!
There is no loyalty towards the long time customer. You can only get a decent rate if you are brand new and shortly after that, you bill will increase steadily and drastically. I'll stick with my YouTube TV from now on!

Not dependable

I have phone and Internet with them and the Internet SUCKS! I just checked our download speed and it was 0.37. Yes, that is 0.37. It's always in and out and they won't fix their CRAP. I plan on moving sometime in the next year and I'll just deal with it but they SUCK! And customer service... four-year-olds could make more sense.

Spectrum fails again

Lost all our cable stations, guide, and everything... really only have 2 or 3 stations.no reason given and they cant service our system for 24 hours, no dependability and very high prices. Liked it better when we had bright house, and the prices were lower. These cable companies just suck every last penny out of their subscribers and then wonder why people switch, also I cant submit this review without subscribing to sitejabber whatever that is

Hideous Crank Callers

Spectrum placed calls to an unauthorized number and was told two months ago to delete this number from contacts. The caller refused to answer questions and read off a list of queries replying himself that the customer wouldn't answer his questions. He would not stop his run once he began, although I interrupted him about this on several occasions. Spectrum refused to remove my number from their data base and kept asking for the number I was calling on, despite my informing them that they had a digital display right in front of them. This occurred with every call to their business. They continued to seek more information, including driver ID numbers to enter into their data base. Spectrum continued to place calls to this unauthorized cell that day, including an obvious crank call with a blocked caller ID. This was a purported customer survey, automated.

There is absolutely nothing legitimate about a business placing any call with a blocked phone number, and this is a telecommunications - internet company. I was basically cranked by the phone company. I called corporate headquarters in Conneticut and it took too many calls to get a person on the line, and then the switchboard would not transfer calls and repeatedly declined to identify their own business unit. The worker eventually admitted she was on the switchboard. She transferred the call to Legacy Escalation Services, and this customer service unit refused to acknowledge that it was customer service -- at every turn. His name is Mark. Mark wants the crap to roll down hill and told me to contact Spectrum in my resident state. He, too, claimed he did not have my phone number. What?

And no, no one can talk to corporate relations, public relations, or whatever absurd unit actually manages corporate communications in this hideous company.

I give this company one star, as this is a rating system. A star is supposed to indicate that you did something well, but this was contemptible behavior on the part of everyone I had to deal with.

This company needs to be under investigation. Is the CEO listening?

They didn't tell me my rate is only good for a year! Then they raise the price without any information. I called customer service and they are so arrogant! I am going to disconnect! Never again!

I tried to upgrade and paid the difference for install and service. There was no change in signal strength. Do no recommend. I tried to resolve issue with customer and they pretty much know. I had been a regular customer for 3 years and they have no regard for satisfying customers with service. My HOA had cancelled their contract for the same reason.

Tech came to fix buffering problem only to make it worse and then say the problem is outside the house with negative connection. I was promised they would be here on Tuesday because the work order was still open. Then I called on Wednesday and told order open all day for them to show up. SAME ON THURSDAY, FRIDAY, AND NOW SATURDAY.

You do not need me to be home for a maintenance person to go outside and fix the damn problem in the line. I've spoken to the following supervisors and they are all WORTHLESS like the company: Chris, Mae, Glenn, Sarah, and Jill (all overseas supervisor). Now I'm being told they have10 days to fix it and they can only give me a $50 credit on my bill. I won't recommend Spectrum to anyone.

Go Dish TV people. Oh, to pay billions for a company and to not know how to run it...

THANKS FOR RUINING MY FAMILY'S HOLIDAYS - YOU SUCK, YOU SUCK, YOU SUCK. I WOULD SAY MORE BUT I'M AFRAID THE BUFFERING WILL DROP THE REVIEW BEFORE I CAN HIT SUBMIT.

Called to upgrade internet speed to higher speed for business was told my bill will bee 50 dollars more and the tv/phones will stay the same so package would have been $300.00 / month instead I called since almost all the channels I need not turned on and the bill is 380 so to just try to upgrade to higher speed they lied by not telling the truth about the real price do far called 4 times same lie have to call billing.
After q3 yrs of loyalty now I do miss time Warner had better customer relation.
