I am writing this because I just had the easiest customer service call ever with Spanx, they even said my name right on the first try. The person who took my call was incredible. And Spanx is definitely cute. I'd 10/10 give them my business. I bought full body shapewear which I thought would work strapless, but it doesn't because my torso is too long. No worries, i'm returning it. Its mostly the price, i couldn't really afford two pieces like that, and i don't have many occasions to wear them. Their biker short shape wear is really really good and worth the money though. I kept it and i think it's my favorite piece of undergarment. The fabric quality is good, feels cool to the touch, and the compression is just perfect. It's not just all around compression, they really "shape" your booty in a tasteful way. Love Spanx.
Don't use your hands to pull these on because The flimsy fabric punctures immediately! The worst $68 I have spent ever!
I was so impressed with my overall experience shopping at Spanx.com! I purchased two items, one of which arrived with a small defect. The company immediately sent me a replacement, without waiting for me to return the defective product. I have not experienced such great customer service anywhere else.
In terms of the products I ordered, they were exactly what the website claimed they would be. High-quality fabrics and fine craftsmanship make these items worth their price. They are comfortable and look great.

I placed my order 6 days ago and paid for one business day delivery. 6 days later I still don't have my order. It hasn't even been filled yet at their distribution center. I called to complain and tried to cancel my order. They refuse to cancel it even though it wasn't shipped yet. I told them I am moving in 2 days and therefore I must cancel or redirect the order to my new address. They refused. They said I will have to deal with Fedex myself even though it is completely Spanx fault. I said it won't help as Fedex has horrible customer service, as bad as Spanx, plus why must I fix their mess up and how would dealing with Fedex after it maybe ships one day help. Meanwhile maybe one day this year it will get shipped and sit in the lobby of the building I will no longer be living in. They refunded the shipping charge only. They are awful.
I purchased my first Spanx products over 5 years ago, I fell in love with the brand and product. I have never purchased online, but did so for a birthday gift when the new white pants launched. After almost 3 weeks, the tracking had not been updated but said my order had shipped. I reached out to Spanx customer service on Facebook and they said that the product was out of stock and that they could only refund with a gift card.
I was completely fine with that as I intended to place a large active wear order anyways. I was very disappointed because nobody had reached out regarding my order and I had not been informed that it was not able to be fulfilled until I asked. I politely explained this and asked for any further compensation (discount code, gift card. I didn't need much. Just something to say "hey sorry we messed up".) The customer service rep said no, nothing would be done. They have a 10% off code on their website to sign up for texts, literally costs them nothing to have even just sent me that. Furthermore, when I said I will not be purchasing on their site again, they did not care and did nothing. I understand that I'm just one customer, but that is really poor customer service. I do mean it when I say I will never purchase from Spanx again, I want nothing from this review. I just want to encourage Spanx to take a look at their customer care policies. Spanx, If you're not caring for your customers, eventually your business will not sustain.
Very rude customer service. I called to inquire about why my expedited shipping which cost 2499, and was supposed to be overnight was coming in two days later. And I was requesting that the shipping cost to be downgraded. The customer service representative named Juan, was very condescending and explained to me three times how their shipping policy works and then overnight often takes 2 to 3 days. And then when I asked him to speak to a manager he was very rude he scolded me for my tone and hung up on me. I'm sure the Spinx which I've never tried our a good product but I plan to return the whole thing even if they charge me shipping cost and never do business with them again
I purchased a high waist spanx shaper to wear under a formal dress… at the store, I spoke to the clerk and checked the sizing and sized up from a medium, my normal size, to a large. I was so disappointed with the functionality of the garment… there was way to much compression. Very uncomfortable, to long in the legs, it did not stay up on your waist, it would pop down. This looked terrible under my formal dress, so upsetting. This is a case of good marketing, with a substandard finished product. Think twice before you purchase…
This product would be so much better if the eyes for the hooks were smaller. They won't stay hooked together because the eyes are way too big. It's very aggravating that is why I only gave a one star rating.
I ordered spanx from the site. Once order was completed and confirmation received, my CC was charged $687. I looked at invoice and I had been charged for 4 of the same item. In immediately call them to modify the order. They would not modify nor cancel the order. I asked to speak to supervisor,, she told me that's policy. I can return the 3 and once they receive them they will credit my CC. I returned all 4, had to pay $26.45 in shipping. Never ever use this company.
I find it very odd that this company cannot proceed with an immediate cancellation of an order (I placed an accidental order), and was told that the order is "already in their warehouse, and I will have to mail it myself back when it arrives to my home (not to mention the fact that I will have to pay the shipping myself)." They must be working a pretty efficient ship, seeing as to the fact that my 30 second of clicking of mouse suddenly has an order en route to my home. The interesting part will be how long it takes to get here. What a scam.

Three weeks later I called, they couldn't tell me if It shipped and said I had to wait then more business days before I could cancel the order or, they could see shipping info. This is the 2nd time I ordered and it was awful both times, it took 5 to 6 weeks to receive the orders. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

I bought 3 pairs of Spanx during your Black Friday Special as a gift to a friend for Christmas.
The tights were small and I needed to exchange them for a size up. I tried numerous times to call your customer service in January and was on hold for almost up to an hour each time and was never able to get through.
I then got through with an online agent on your website. The agent told me that I needed to return the tights and get a refund and then call the customer service number again (even though I couldn't get through) to then have the customer service rep give me my discount so I could then purchase the larger size tights.
This whole thing is truly exhausting. I just don't understand all of this back and forth. But I did return the items and received a refund.
Then I called the customer service number today and I magically got through. I asked about my discount so I could purchase the 3 tights in a larger size, and I was told by the rep that no we stopped the price match yesterday. So I can no longer get my discount for the tights.
What I'm confused about is you advertise your returns and exchanges for 90 days. I'm not even at 90 days!

I purchase a pants when it is on sale, well, i did not see that it says "final sale"; i follow size chart ( i am 5' 104 lb) i suppose get XS, but because the review says run small so i purchase S. When it came... the pants is WAY TOO SMALL! So, I think even the price is higher than i purchase then, I will still wanted to return it and order another one since exchange it not available for the company! But when to to their website to process the return... it saids "it is final sale can not to be return". OK! Then, I called ( many day, waiting for more than 30 minutes each time) I have hard time to speak to a person! Finally! I called again, someone answered; I tell her the problem, ALL she said is "sorry, we can not do anything"! I said: the same item is still selling and even though the price is more expensive than what i paid, I was willing to make up the price to just get the size that fit! But ALL she said is: no we can not do that! It is so care not and it is my own problem! I have never met a company that rude and not care about their customer! I said to her ( the one answered phone) that means end of business from me; she said OK! So, disappointed from SPANX company! I wanted people to know how they treat their customer and all the reviews they sent to customers are ONLY the good one and not ALL!
I bought some items in their end of year sale and none of them fit. I am an XL and their site said to order your normal size. All items were too small and when I went to return/exchange the items they said I could not return them. They have all over their site they offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but when I tried to return the order they said Sorry no can do. How is the 100% satisfaction quarantee? And I even sent them a copy of their return policy that actually said the only exception was if the item was over 90 days old.
I ordered my spanx jeans 3 weeks ago they charged my credit card and no merchandise ever received. I have tried to call no one answers very poor customer service. I messaged them on messenger and was told they are out of the product but can't refund my money until after December 24. Warning to all do not buy spanx.

They reordered and no update. Still trying to get thru. Customer is not being honest to anyone. Read the Facebook reviews too. Sham!

I called to return pants~ they say they have 100% satisfaction guarantee and should when pants cost $148. After waiting on hold for an hour, they said they would send me an email with the return information. They never sent it. I called again, they said they would be sending it out. I never received it. I don't know how this company is making it and more people don't know about the horrible service. I am beyond disappointed.
I don't know what you guys are doing, but your customer service is a nightmare and I'm never buying from you again. I got charged twice for an order I never received and no one responds to chat, facebook message or answers the call. I cannot get my refund because no one returns your calls.
