I have ordered a picture necklace from Soufeel on may 5th. Today is June 2nd and I have not received it yet. On may 16th I was informed my item was being shipped to their facility in New Jersey from where it would be mailed by usps with an email with a tracking number to follow. I never heard from them again. Don't buy from them!
I ordered a present for my partner month ago, missed the birthday and I still dont have the gift. I emailed so many times, and they response back saying please allow us few more days which I did, and relied them again after another week, and they are asking me to wait more. This is pointless. Good thing I paid through paypal, and I will get the money back. Go to hell.

I ordered a photo puzzle for Mother's Day for $42 on April 25th. The description on Soufeel's site said processing would take 4-5 days and shipping would take 8-10. Even assuming worst case scenario (and only counting business days) it should have arrived at the very latest Friday, May 15th. It still has not arrived as of 6/1 (37 days later!).
When I go to the tracking link, the most recent update is 5/13 when it was marked as "shipped." The page has not updated in weeks. When I sent an email to the company, I only got an automated response saying:
"Due to the outbreak of the Novel Coronavirus has greatly affected global shipping, resulting in a sudden reduction in flights, a serious logistics backlog. According to news from each countries' postal service and customs, all orders recently will be delayed due to the virus and it is normal if there is no update as most of orders are now stuck in customs. We request your patience in waiting for your order and your understanding that we are trying our best to push it."
I would not have ordered it had I known it would not arrive in time. If the shipping schedules had changed this drastically, Soufeel should have updated their website to reflect those changes. I have been completely unable to get a person on the phone or in a chat. I only get automated emails with no additional information.

This has to be the worst scam ever. I ordered from here for the first time on April 15,2020. I still haven't received my package. I keep emailing them, and all they say is due to COVID 19, we have to be patient. The tracking number used to say my package is in California for weeks. When I check again, now it's not tracking anything.

I did not receive order and in trying to communicate they gave me a tracking number that was not recognised by Australia Post. They then suggested item must have been stolen and that I would have to pay postage and they'd give me a 30% discount on another item. I will not be sending them more money and I have lodged a dispute with PayPal so hopefully I can refund my money. Would not recommend.

I finally received my package! It's smaller than what I seen online but I've been waiting over a month so I guess it'll do! I ordered my necklaces and charm bracelets in April in enough time to receive it by Mother's Day. 1 set was for my daughter the other my mother in law. Well long story short my daughter got hers today and I had to ship my mother in laws today. We went to Florida for Mother's Day if my packages would have made it on time I could have took my mother in law her gift but instead I had to pay $30 to ship it to her. I was inconvenienced all the way around the board! I don't think I'll be ordering anything else from Soufeel! Customer service sucks! The shipping time frame is misleading! Sad part is they don't even care! They don't even try to make it right with you!

ATTN ALL: please save your time and your money and do not purchase from this company. If you order for special occasion, you won't receive it on time. I placed an order on 4/29 and have not received my order- tracking number has not been updated since 5/12. Customer service has been unhelpful and sending very generic responses. After a week of correspondence, the final answer a representative was able to give me was the number to the post office. If you read the comments on review sites and their social media (even though they try to delete negative comments), you will see that many customers have been lied to. This entire experience has been awful and these advertisements are shamefully deceitful. DO NOT BE SCAMMED

I ordered a locket for my mom for Mother's Day. I ordered it at the end of April, and it was supposed to get here the day before Mother's Day. They didn't even ship it until the 9th of May. This company is horrible. I placed an order as their site claimed free US shipping and everything was in English but immediately after i realized they were shipping from the U.S. within a minute i messaged, emailed, couldn't call bc no number listed about my concern and to cancel my order since the recipient would no longer be at the NC address provided as he was returning to FL in a couple of weeks. This was a gift for my manager. I received multiple emails confirming they received my message and that i'd receive a response within 24 - 48 hours which i didn't. I continued to message them and finally received an email 9 days after order stating that their U.S. distribution center is closed due to covid and that's why they were shipping from china and didn't address my request to cancel or my concern that the recipient will no longer be at the address. I tried to reiterate that to them and they continued to explain why covid is the reason they have to ship from china then after a few days, shipped order to the NC address. Either they don't understand English enough to sell products to the U.S. or they are just ignoring your concerns so that they can make and ship the product out to you. No comment on the product as i or the recipient will never see. Avoid this company at all costs.
