Going to Sonobello was absolutely the biggest mistake I've made in my entire life! Not to mention the most expensive one! The people at sonobello are nothing but avaricious deceitful get overs! I have a lot of loose skin after having 3 children (all weighing over 8lbs.) My main interest was a tummy tuck but 3 different people I spoke to from Sonobello reassured me that this lipo would give me the results I was looking for. They blatantly lied to me. My stomach now looks worse than ever after getting lipo to my upper and lower stomach and waist the top part of my stomach is all wrinkly and on my right side where I got lipo at my waist is like a permanent crease or indention. I'm extremely disgusted and angry about the whole sonobello experience and prayerfully they will not be in business much longer

I had a lot of hanging skin on my stomach from losing weight. I paid $10,000 to have it removed from 4 areas. They did a decent job of removing it from 3 of the 4. However, they did not remove it from the upper stomach area and honestly, it looks worse. After I went back in and was told there was nothing they could do. As a result, I still am unable to wear a two piece, despite years of exercising and paying 10 grand. I would NEVER recommend them. Please think twice!

Update- was contacted by SB after this review and offered another appointment to see if they could fix the problem, I went and they said it was a mistake for me to come. They can't fix it.

They do the BAIT and SWITCH. Your consultation is about the most professional thing you will experience. I was scheduled for surgery and the NIGHT BEFORE SURGERY my doctor called out sick. He was likely hung over or coaked out celebrating the FOURTH OF JULY. THEY HAD OVER 20,000 DOLLARS OF MY MONEY AND ALL THEY DID WAS GIVE ME THE RUN AROUND. ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY YOU ARE TRASH TO THEM. RUN.

Ya know there advertising is so wrong. Put a weight out there, dont make people thinK you make dreams come true in on visit. Such a disappointment. And really a shut down on fat people. Discrimination yes...

I worked there and it's a racist company, I was let got because I was the only person of color there. Yeah I finally received my surgery after asking for several times, and the director of the company did my surgery and it was the worst experience I've ever had in my life. You would think since it was the medical director I would have a good out come but no it was terrible. I would not ever recommend anyone here, go to a real surgeon. These doctors were just trained at Sonobello and they are not plastic surgeons. It's a waste of time and money. As for being an employee it was the worst job I've ever had in my life. They are prejudice, and don't care about the people that work for them and they don't care about the patients. All they want is money money money and don't care about anything else

In March of 2017 I paid $7500 for work done at the Sacramento CA location. I had my arms, stomach, sides, several area's done. Afterwards the lump in my midsection was so bad I filed a complaint and Dr. agreed to try and correct it. It softened the lump but not completely. Also, what remained, and remains to this day, is a collection of fluid/loose fat? That had not drained and is now a permanent part of my pubic area, I have attached proof of purchase, and because of this I was never happy with the outcome. I don't need, nor can I, put out another $7-8,000 to at least get this pouch removed so I can wear pants again. It has been like this since day one and every effort to flatten it out has failed. I am asking for Sono Bello to make an effort to remove this fluid and the cluster 'f' as it has caused me so much mental pain and cringe every time I look in the mirror. It was so bad for so long I have lost all confidence I had. What can be done?! Note: my arms are still great as I was and continue to be diligent in wearing pressure garments on them (I did so and continue to do so with the midsection as well, but that has not worked on this issue.) Six years later; they are trying to sell me the "AbEX" via emails daily. When I responded to the comment left on my original review and interacted with the person I was told to contact, she said she was 'so sorry to hear this' but did not offer any resolution except for me to buy more procedures. At this point it is obvious 'satisfaction guaranteed' is just hot air. Good luck if you chose to get a procedure from them.

I had my procedure done in the Indianapolis Sonobello office. I had Dr. Wise perform my plastic surgery and I can't even explain how thrilled and ecstatic I am about the outcome. I had very very good results. Iam a plus sized girl, over 200 pounds. Iam also 38 years old with six pregnancies under my belt. Both of my surgery's were staged. Large amounts of fluffy ugly fat removed, my skin shrunk down…it is tight…I didn't need the EX procedure done. I thank Dr. Wise and his staff for their expert care and medical/anesthetic knowledge in helping me feel better about myself! I'd give you 100 gold stars if I could!

Wow sono bello is great. Immediate results. Doctors were great explained that I do not have control over my weight. It doesn't matter what I eat or don't eat i will still gain weight. It does not matter if I exercise. Walking ******* steps per day NO THANK YOU. So I eat whatever I want bc I'm not gonna let fat control me. No. No. I'm in control of my body. I can eat whenever and whatever I want. That's why I get sonno bello and lipo and cool sculpting every 3 months to trim fat anywhere on my body. And cost please my hubby is more than willing to shell out about 25k a year to keep me looking sexy‍ Counting calories and exercising is for the unfortunate people. Wow the sacrifices I put myself through to stay looking good and confident Ohhh I would post some pics but I'm getting trim up next week so maybe next time‍

During my consultation I was reassure that my pain would be mild and that I would be able to go back to work 3 days after. All a LIE. My schedule surgery was schedule for 1:30pm I was to to be there at noon. Pills were given to me and doctor was late. Surgery did not start until 3:30-4pm. Yes my surgery started with pain but once they had me turned to the back then the pain was intolerable, I cried out to stop and that it hurts so much. They continue with procedure until I collapsed. The rest of time I cried. It was the worst experience, worst than child birth ( I have three kids). I want to get the word out there that it excruciating pain and that you can't go back to work after 3 days. Advertising and consultants was all lies.

I was enticed by their commercial and went in for a consultation. The worst decision I ever made.
I was left with a disfigured abdomen and it end up costing me over $15,000 for my bad decision.
The before and after pictures are photo shopped. I realized when they photo shopped my pictures and placed these pictures in my chart. I requested a copy of my chart and the before and after pictures were altered.
You are better off going to the Dominican Republic or even Cuba for liposuction rather than Sono Bello.
I wouldn't send my dog there.
My abdomen was permanently disfigured by Sono Bello.
I had to take them to court and they do not want to properly compensate me from my suffering.
My marriage ended and I did not have a love life during the years that I was disfigured.
Go to a reputable cosmetic surgeon for liposuction NOT SONO BELLO! I urge that you research your doctor carefully.

I've tried nearly everything to get rid of some stubborn fat and nothing worked for me. I really thought there was no more hope for me until i did my research for sonobello. There i received a free consultation. The place was clean, they had Covid guidelines in place and the girls at the front desk were very friendly and professional. I had my consultation with Alisa. Lady's she is the one to talk to. I was kind of embarrassed to tell her about some concerns but during my consultation after asking so many questions I realized she was very knowlegable about the procedures i wanted done and was very attentive about the concerns i had. She made me feel comfortable enough to share my medical concern. She didnt judge me nor did she have that answer for me but right there and then Alisa went to the medical team,(surgeons) told them about my concerns and came back with an answer. An answer i been longing to here for so long but too embarrassed to share. She explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions and thanks to her, the medical team and god willing I will have my fat removed on 5/24/21 with no worries. I met my surgeon Dr. Chmielewski the same day, she too explained step by step on what i'm to do before and after the procedure. She also assured me that she will do all she can to make sure that I am comfortable while under her care. Finally, i found a place where people really care about what they do. I'm nervous but excited. Thank you Sonobello..

Had smart lipo... November 2019.
When I had concerns about dents/scars and lopsided looking results at month 3&4. They told me just to massage it.
Then at 5months they told me to send pics (since covid office visits couldn't happen) and no one got back to me. I emailed, left messages... then the emails bounced back as undeliverable. Then I gave up for a couple months and started calling again. I was told they would honor the 6month satisfaction guarantee... it was extended bc of covid. Then I sent more emails with pics as requested and they bounced back as undeliverable.
So I called again and was told the whole office staff was changed and they apologized for me falling through the cracks and that the office manager would call me.
Waited a couple weeks, no call.
Called again... told the same thing.
And this process has been repeated ~ 3 more times and still no call back by the "office manager".
It has now been 1yr 5months since the procedure... and I am still going through this "process".

I had scheduled upper and lower abdomen and hips and was told minimal recovery. I am a nurse so I scheduled this during a long stretch off. I have had four kids, ruptured appendix, and a broke jaw and nothing compared to this pain during the procedure! I have went back to work but the severe sharp pain is hard to deal with. They did not do the hip area since they couldn't get me numb and after reading the reviews, I dread trying to get that money back but I can be persistent!

I left a lengthy review of how horrible my experience was with Sono Bello after spending over 20,000. I just want people to know when they respond to your comments below saying they are sorry and they will contact you or ask you to contact them may take weeks to get any response. I tried emailing them at the contact that that was given to me and an unknown # contacted my phone. My phone doesn't ring on unknown calls but allows for the person to leave a message. The person left a message saying she was a part of a support team that contacted people who have had any negative comments about their experience. I called the number back several times over a period of two weeks. I left messages and even resent emails only to receive air silence. Finally 3 weeks later someone got back with me. I want to make an update that I have been speaking with someone from Sonobello corporate I believe. They have looked into my case and agreed that the Dr. that was doing my surgery was absolutely out of line. This Dr. was telling me (all while I was screaming in pain and urinating myself) that he would not clean it and that if I did not stop yelling he would stop the surgery and I would never be able to come back. This man was horrible. He was a monster. Bad bedside manner is an understatement. There was also an older nurse who was talking bad about me saying I just wanted pain medicine. You do not get sedated while they are cutting you open. You only get one pain pill and one Valium. They say because it's less invasive but this is all a lie. You are being cut open very deep over and over. You are wide awake and can feel it all. After she was saying those things I asked that she not come near me or touch me as she was already being rough with me. The Dr. commented I should be nice because it's her birthday. This was unbelievable. Finally, the younger nurse that was in the room who was being very kind to me, went to get the manager to finish watching the procedure. As for the older nurse that was being rude to me, she started pulling on my suit after surgery, she was deliberately pinching my skin that had open wounds all the way up my body. This was something I would never wish anyone to go through. I stay up every night thinking about what they did to me. I look down at my body and see that not only was the surgery botched but they left scars on my legs that make me look like Frankenstein. I would not wish this on my worst enemy. I truly hope that we can reach some sort of solution.

Beware of this place! They are NOT responsible for results and complications, means you can say goodbye to your LARGE $$$$. The procedure is very painful ( as a mother of 2/ natural birth) I can say that. I got no results, still numbness in some areas ( since October! And this is May already) and horrible post procedures holes! I was offered to do " touch ups", good heavens! People don't realize that this is very invasive procedure. How often you hear a statement from surgical team in the hospital " oh, sorry, we missed all right areas, but hey, let's try do it again" it is the same! But for some reason, Sonobello makes such a failure like a routine failure in the their practice. Don't buy their nice smiles and crazy amount of phone calls prior to selling you a package. Once procedure is done, the doctor won't see at all until 6 months after!?!? How " great" is follow up! Congrats if you get fat areas down but you are more likely to look like a mutant with regard to your body proportions.

Lots of pain, it lasted about 2 months, the DR was not very nice, he seemed upset with my weight. Don't go there!

Doctors, nurses everyone there is a fraud. What I was promised with all certainty is not what I got. They assigned a doctor to me who was in such a hurry to go God knows where that he rushed my procedure that left the way I came. Called to complain and they tell me there are no guarantees SMH... Thousands of dollars literally wasted! My advice anywhere but Sonobello

Dr Stewart is amazing my nurse was Cindy she was always there to talk to me when I needed her she answered any questions I had without making me feel stupid for asking so many questions and my doctor did the same surgery was kind of painful they did everything they can to make me feel comfortable but surgery was kind of painful like I said overall I am very satisfied today is my fourth day I went today to get drainage removed everything is going well and I'm 100% satisfied with results my nurse today Natalie told me if I'm satisfied on my fourth day she can imagine how I will feel later on down the line I am in a little pain but nothing that I can't bear nothing that I can't handle can't wait to get back to work and doing regular activities thank you so much sonobello
