This place took a piece of my stomach which they never mentioned to me that they were gonna mess up my tattoo plus they have left me worst then what I look like before. I dislike the results so much that I've gone into depression. I cry over my results all the time. Dont waste your time & most definitely not your money. They scammed me for over $14k so I can look my worst.
I booked a consultation a couple weeks ago, waited at least 40mn,I filled the papers ( mind you they ask to come 15 mn prior)no one came to check or apologize for taking so long to see you! Good thing I was reading the reviews while waiting. Then I realized a lot of people are saying how bad they treat their clients, I just left.save my money! Do not go there,they don't respect customers!
I've had a lot of procedures done at Sono Bello in Charlotte, NC. My third procedure was lipo on my anterior (top) thighs and under my butt done by Dr. Thiet. After I had healed, I saw her again, and she approved me for a revision. I tried to schedule it and was told that she was no longer there due to a family emergency and needed to go back home, or go back to her country. At some point, I was told that "anterior" thighs is not an area that they do, and yet, no one said anything at that time. I saw Dr. Alter to find out what could be done for my Revision, and he stated that I needed to weigh what I weighed at the time of Dr. Thiet's procedure. As soon as I was back to the same weight, I called to let them know (before Thanksgiving, 2023). I was told I would be "put on a list" to be called for an appointment. I was told the same thing on 12.12.23@ 2:45pm. They told me the same thing on 2.20.23@ 4:18pm and that I was approved, and that I didn't need to get the Revision in a certain amount of time, like I thought (that's why I called so many times). I was finally called the last week in January and scheduled my Pre-Op for 2.5 and my Surgery for 2.14. When I went there for my Pre-Op appt, I was told that it was scheduled for 2.12; that's not what I was told and wrote down when I scheduled it. I was sent a text on 2.8 around 4:15pm stating that I was denied by their Leadership Team due to being "outside my eligible time frame for surgery." They were just stringing me along and stalling the whole time to get out of the Revision; part of which wasn't supposed to be done to begin with).
After all their confirmations, I arrive 15 minutes early for my 1:30 consultation and waited half an hour. I went back up to the desk to see when I was going to be seen and was advised then that they only had one consultant in today. Why wasn't I advised of that before I arrived, when I arrived or while I was sitting there for half an hour? I asked the woman behind the desk and she had no answer, then I was told I would be seen in just a few minutes, 10 minutes later I was still waiting! I left. Horrible customer service, patients time is just as valuable as the doctors!
Well, after writing this review they decided on sending back our deposit of the $2500. I was ready to further the problem on. LDB
My wife went to the Jacksonville office and was told by their sales representative one story on the procedure and when we went for the Pre-opt we were told a total different way it was going to be done, the down time was to be 6-8 weeks. We then decided to cancel the procedure for the following week and asked for our deposit of $2500 back. They refused to give it back saying we signed an agreement stating no refunds would be given back. We have made several phone calls to a call center and haven't received a call back. You can't talk to anyone in charge on a higher level, they make sure of that! LDB
I had a procedure back in December of 2021. In January of 2022, I had my post-up follow-up with Dr.P. We both agreed that I will be rescheduled for a revision, after she didnt perform the correct procedure that we both agreed on during counseling.however the receptionist are not knowledgeable on the procedures and policies of the company, since they do not explain to patients what happens next when something goes wrong. For example that your going to be on a waiting list and they can call you at anytime without any appointment or notice. By this time your weight after the procedure will change; therfore you would not be allowed to have your surgery done because this will delay the procedure again. I will never "RECOMMEND " anyone to this horrible place call "SONO BELLO."
In the reduced physical activities that ensued the pandemic and the lockdown, I have put on some weight. Of course, I know how to shed it off through a regime of controlled diet and stepped-up exercise. When I saw their flier while cleaning my junk mail folder, I got tempted by the shortcut it offered. So, I duly filled out the form and sent it.
Within minutes, they called me. I did not have the time to receive the call. Almost simultaneously, they sent me their ad via MMS with a vague description of the procedures and an album full of BEFORE and AFTER photographs of people whom they panned as their former patients. Have you heard of the "deepfakes"? The technology exists for the lab to create video of any person without that person ever having to face a camera nor voice out into a microphone. So, I do not believe in those pictures.
However, the most important questions are 1) What is the procedure and the recovery time? 2) How much is that going to cost?
The agent did not answer those questions. Instead, she wanted to have me over for a consultation to discuss those questions. What ensued was a litany of what appeared to be an elaborate exercise of copy and paste.
It was impossible to bring that woman to the point, i.e. What is the procedure and the recovery time and what is the cost.
Still, she continued to beat about the bush. It was "gimme a blank check" disguised in different words. She seemed to lack both the necessary knowledge of the procedures and the communication skills. I felt like I was talking about expert surgical issues with a candy vendor in a cinema auditorium.
If that is the height of professionalism of this Sono Bello TriCult, do I want to entrust my body to them, that too when I am anaesthetised, unconscious and have no way of knowing what they are doing with my body and my life nor have any say over what they are doing to my unconscious body? Hell no!
Actually, I wanted to use stronger terms than "Hell no!" But I shall reserve that for a private audience. However, the buggers &co at that Sono Bello TriSculpt sure know what words they deserve.

There was subtle difference for the past year. When I wanted to repeat the procedure I was told I had to be within 2 lbs of starting wait. My wait fluctuates by 5-8 lbs depending on the day of the week etc. so the free revision isn't happening to see if it could improve my results. It was way more painful than described during and post op. I spent 6k to look no different. I'm so upset and feel scammed. I could have gone to a plastic surgeon and got real lipo that would have been dramatic and more effective for only slightly more.

I came in as scheduled, waited for almost an hour but the staff at the reception kept laughing and very unwelcoming. The lady at the consultation sounded very proud and ruth. She requested I leave if I am scared and don't know what I want. She was pushing to be nice but very impolite. They gave me a quote of ******* plus and I compared to others which was way too high. She has no customer service skill at all. Please stay away from this place so they can correct their mistakes. I felt really hurt after sacrificing so much time to get there, and that's what I got.
I decided that I would do this to gift myself at 70 with a new look at my tummy. The initial procedure was a piece of cake. They gave you enough drugs to be relaxed so I really didn't feel anything during procedures. They were really interested to making me comfortable and not scared. They gave me some drugs to take at home for pain, nausea, and antibiotics, for when numbing wore off. After the 5th night I took all the meds according to schedule and what they gave me. I was out of it all. Then the shocks come to your tummmy, which I wasn't aware of. I've never had so much pain like that. After the 7th day I called because I was in so much pain I couldn't sleep, eat or anything.Im now into my 19th day and stilll can't sleep at night, triggered my old migraines coming back because so much Tylenol I've been taking. Stomach burning, shocking pains, tenderness in my stomach. Before I had this done I was walking 2-3 miles a day, now I'm lucky if I do a mile. When I called them on about the 7th day they told me these shocks might last 6months to a year and to take Tylenol only for pain. If you've ever experienced nerve pain you should never do this. They made me feel like I was a drug seeker. All they could say is everything was normal and it's the nerves waking up and to take Tylenol. No compassion for the pain I was in. I paid 6600.00 to miss Xmas eve,Xmas and both New Year's Eve and now I don't know how I'm going to go back to work. My poor dog just waits for me to take him but I just can't walk that long. Before this surgery I was migraine free, and pretty healthy person. Wasn't even overweight. I had a low BMI I should of recovered. I told the nurse today if I was told about the recovery would take 6 months to a year to heal I would of never done this. Ladies accept your body for what it is, because this wasn't worth the pain I've been going through.
I would give zero starts if that was an option. The staff ( Patricia) are pushy like used car salesmen and they opened a credit card after a 5 minute consultation. They claimed it was a look to see if I would pre qualify for an amount and two weeks later I get a credit card in the mail. Don't go!
Horrible experience. Worst pain I've ever been through. Sent me home bleeding immediately after surgery, bled all the way down side walk and into car. It was like a twilight zone. They barely were done with surgery before they had me in a wheel chair taking me out the door. Not once did anyone warn me about how painful it would be. You are wide awake and fully conscious the entire procedure. It's been over a year and I am still numb in several spots. Not one person from this place ever checked on me. DONT GO HERE!

Paid for 6 sessions and got thru half of them. All scheduling is done by phone and they will not call you back, text you Or answer the phones. You will be ghosted and you will be out your money. The only number that they give you to call is Jessica which is the mainline. Tried for three weeks many times and no answers or responses. You've been warned. Have a good day.
I went for my consultation and they promised the world. My sales rep was very skilled in convincing me they were a reputable company. They set me up a pre-op appointment two and 1/2 hours away. I had to take a half day off work. I got there and waited 45 minutes to be seen. I asked the nurse about it and explained my time is valuable. She said she would check. She came back and said she checked with him and he said 10 more minutes. She went on to explain they must put the surgeries first. I shared that they shouldn't schedule surgery and consults at the same time. She agreed. I then waited an additional 30 minutes with no doctor. I went out in the hall and said I am done. I went out front and told them I just wanted a refund as they have no integrity. They don't care about me as a patient they just care about cramming as many folks in as they can no matter how much they inconvenience you as the patient. They just care about the money. I then got a call from the manager on my way home telling me they would give me a gift card do my inconvenience - seriously. I explained this all again to her and she hung up and had my salesperson call me and say they will give me $1000 off to still get it done because she didn't know if she could offer me a full refund because of the nonrefundable deposit of $2495. I said I don't accept that because we had a conversation about that and I said that is only if it is my fault for canceling and at the time she said yes. This situation was caused by them not me and they want me to pay $2495 for the privilege of taking 1/2 day off work, driving 2-1/2 hours and then waiting with no doctor for 1 -1/4 hour and drive 2-1/2 hours back — that is outrageous. Talk about money hungry - they cause issues and get $2495 from each patient without doing anything. I received NO service beyond a free consultation and they expect me to pay $2495 for that privilege. Why would anyone want to do business with a business with such lack of integrity and who would allow a doctor with no integrity perform a surgical procedure on them. They pray on people's insecurities and then rip them off. I hope this helps all of you out there to stay away from sono bello— you deserve better as did I.
I am a physician and was told to come at 9 am Buton the morning of the initial appointment got text to come 15 min earlier. But cannot do this rounding. The richmond location was terrible to find by Google maps with 8 turns around the actual location circulating to get there. The building is large and only the front had the house number.
I arrived 10min late. The front person sounded like military to me. We have a policy and can't see you. You can wait here and see if somebody does not show up.
If I would have been told about their late policy I would not have traveled 30 min 2 ways.
I don't think they understand how to manage people. People with a lot of time may not have the funds to pay their services.
The fact that I am currently walking disabled was not taken I to consideration as I could not walk around searching for house numbers.
That place is in a terrible location to find.
I had my Tummy tuck September 20th 2023. I'm very disappointed in the facts that they don't tell you what it's going to be like, I felt betrayed deceived I'm very disappointed for that!However, the doctor himself was wonderful. I believe he did the best job.It's not his fault I'm talking about the preparation. You know you sign your papers and stuff I don't know if in there.
There's some release for them but I'm just furious that I have 9 weeks behind me and I have so much pain between my ribs up under my Breasts and my back! They do not tell you you have to lay on your back for a month. They do not tell you that you're gonna have hot spots to on your back the size of a dinner plate and you can only sleep 2 hours at. A time because of pain is so bad from sleeping on your back. You can't sleep on your side this whole make sense to heal. But they don't tell you any of this. They tell you after it's all done and it's just Almost inhumane to go through that kind of pain and not let people know what they're up against so that they can make a educated decision!
I have To Do this grub call say sure resurfacing. Ashley black has the tools for those you find her online and cashier in the situation but I had no clue the absolute hell and pain I would go through. Because I was not warned they were very very subtle and gave you very.
I feel like it was deceptive. They did not tell me up front but I was in 20 I think they don't do that because you probably wouldn't have a gun. And they don't tell you you have. To Do say so tissue leveling at least you very uneven and after the surgery is done. Then they let you know the next step and then the next step and then the next step so because of that I'm really disappointed I felt like. They did not give us a heads up there so much pain when they hit my ribs. I felt like I got shot by A.
And they do not let you know that they say oil will be a little tender and it's a little hard but they do not they absolutely do not. Give you a clue of the hill and the agony you go through for the next several weeks to heal.
I am Mildred Molina, another victim of Sonobello. I can affirm that all the bad reviews they have are true. I had two lipo lasers with them, the first in 2021 where they did not remove any fat and they almost killed me from so much lidocaine that they gave me the so-called Dr. Mendoza. He cut an excess of skin from my abdomen and pulled my belly button down out of place. And leaving me with a horrible scar from side to side, later in 2022 they repeated said lipo to repair what they did not do, they charged me more money, they did not make my waist, they put my navel back in its place and they sewed it as if it were a patch I woke up in the middle of the process I could feel everything they did to me and see it in the reflection of the lights today I have no sensitivity in the lower part of my abdomen and other problems which they are not interested in because of a law in Florida You practically can't sue unless you die. Please believe me, look for another place, I guarantee that any other place will be better and they charge you the same but you will have an excellent job.
SonobeIlo may have a terrific product, but I do not like their over-revealing television ads. You are showing WAY too much skin! I don't want my kids to be subject to these visual images and they are nothing short of revolting to me.
I drove an 1hr 1/2 each way to & from consultation appt (spent 2hrs waiting because they were behind), paid for all procedures & was told I need medical clearance from my neurologist which I got because I have mild epilepsy. Then I drove 2hrs each way to & from my preop appt & waited 1hr 1/2 when a nurse came in to tell me even though my neurologist gave okay they couldn't do procedure. After they rushed me out back door. The dr didnt have the decency to come in & tell me or help me by giving me other recommendations. The entire situation was so unprofessional & very disappointing. For the amount I paid patients deserve better than this!
This company is ripe off. When they're trying get your money they're so nice keep calling BUT after you have call them for follow up appointments but worst thing I didn't get my results. They told after 6 months I can come back for free if I didn't get the results I want but when I did everything they said to do after 6 months the doctor coming in talking medical talk and he couldn't go back in they're full of $#*!.Don't let the commercials fool you once they take your money it's over! Don't believe them when they say SNATCHED
