It took them 3 weeks to send only half of my order. Still never got the other half! They are the biggest scam online. I would have given this place 0 stars if I could!

I ordered from Sonic Electronix, I bought a 8in enclosed Rockford Fosgate subwooferfor like 280.00 once I got it installed you could tell that there was something wrong. I think you had problems with the wiring somewhere inside of it sound would go off and on the bass would go on and off and be distorted so I immediately contacted Sonic Electronix. I called customer support waiting on hold for 25 minutes the first time it was told very rudely that I need to get a return number so I started that process once that process was started it told me that I was had to wait for my return number and it would be emailed to me 4 days goes by nothing I called again and waited on the phone for another 20 minutes talk to some lady. I also put a correspondence in online through Sonic Electronix website. I was told by the way there's nothing I can do till I got a return number to the returns department and then my correspondences was answer the next day telling me that would not get a refund and I would have to return it and maybe to get credit or another one in replacement I got him with the customer service how long I had to wait and then it becoming broke I didn't want nothing else from them the rude the products suck and it take forever to get go anywhere else but them and you'll do better off
Never received my items giving me the run-around they are big liars and they are lazy as f*** I would not recommend buying anything to do any business with these people at all cuz all they going to do is take your money give you the run-around have you fill out all these papers just to get your money back bad bad bad bad bad bad bad overall way bad I would not recommend anybody in America do business with these people. I don't know how this company has high reviews, the bbb gives them a F rating and is well deserved. I did a phone order with their "tech support" who are not up to date they gave me wrong info. Sold me the wrong speakers, adapter plates, i have been calling for a week and half no one answers the phone, emails, put return request in no replays etc what a joke take the money and run. Should have ordered from crutchfeild
Ordered a 4 speaker 1000w set with amplifier... after it was installed I discovered an incorrect packaged amp caused my sound quality to be off. I took images of the incorrect amp that did not have the outputs on it and as it was installed on my bike along with the packaging which was not the same as the images online. I NEVER received a call back from manager and it took more than two weeks of me calling to finally get a refund and even then they charged me a restocking fee although it was told.to me the product was damaged. I ordered this same product yesterday from Best Buy.
Do not buy from this company poor communication and helping you recover your package they lie continually
I asked for refund after waiting a month for this car stereo and have to this day received nothing what kind of company will takes you money amd you left with nothing

I have been shopping there for 10 years or more and probably spent 5k there. They sent me the wrong product and ignore my return request(for 2 months). Won't return emails, won't answer there phone.

Bought a cheap headunit, was crappy but kind of expected. I sent it back and ordered a $500 head unit. Sonic said I never returned the original item even though my wife works for Fed Ex and shipped it to the correct return address. It was verified and signed for, Sonic still claimed it was not returned. Kind of shady, who knows what the truth is. I probably won't buy from them again though.
Ordered a NVX CLA2 The product came with no wiring Harnesses so I can't use it. I have call and I was told (we will ship out asap). Week later nothing. So I emailed them nothing no response. Asked for a RA# no response. Don't buy from these people. Customer service really Sucks.

I bought a double din all new inside speakers for my wife's car web sight says they do the research for you and it will send you the parts you need for your install. After recieving my audio equipment I go start tearing my wife's panels off her car to get to all factory speakers went to install the first on does not fit well long story short none of the 6 speakers fit like they said they would they all need spacers to fit. Called the company and all they could say is they are working on getting there info for installs correct. All they could offer me is a sorry and you can return equipment if you want. Pathetic customer service. Took for ever to get ahold of them. (Try crutch field they have all the right info and will give you everything you need to install for free.)
Dont know if this is where u file a complaint bought a battery that died in under 90 days the rep told me this battery had a two year warranty never ask me about buying a extended warrantythis is a big inconvenience had tp purchase another battery so my security system will work mor money than i got to ship it back more money will not be buying nothing else
Upon reaching out to sonic electronixs they have been extremely hard to deal with. My subwoofer box was delivered with nearly every corner having torn carpet on it. I took pictures, emailed with customer service and they offered me $25 "sonixbux". Gee thanks. I doubt I'll even use the $25 gift as they're customer service and quality control is so poor. I usually don't write these but after this experience I need it to be heard. Don yourself a favor and order from crutchfield! Learned my lesson.
I was looking for a part to help install my car stereo, but it was listed as on back-order, so I called up to see what the availability was and the salesperson I spoke to told me they were supposed to have it in stock in the next few days, and that if I ordered it then, over the phone, he could give me a good discount, and make sure it gets sent out first thing when they receive them. I did end up placing my order at that time, which was July 8th.
The following week I get an e-mail saying that it's on backorder (which I already knew) and to call them if I had any questions. They said it was going to be 1 more week, so I said that was fine. Now 2 weeks later (3 weeks since my order), it still hasn't been sent out. I called a couple days ago to get an update, and the guy was rude, and said he'll have their sales team look into it and they'll e-mail me. 4 days later still nothing. Looking into doing a CC chargeback.

I was very disappointed with my order I ordered a head unit with a free wiring harness and a few other things but wen my order finally arrived it was missing the wiring harness n wen I called to find out what happened they told me I did not order one and that if I wanted one I would have to order and pay for it and if I didnt like it I could return it but would have to pay for shipping myself so my review is not good no attention to detail no personal touch customer service is lacking. I dnt really write reviews but could not stay quiet it's a dirty scam not sending the free stuff so u have to pay again for it so buyers beware shady practices are going on at this business
Placed an order for 2 sets of Image Dynamics 5x7's. Waited until the day they were supposed to arrive and checked the order progress. Still said processing. Processing after 3 business days? So I proceed to email them about the issue. In response they say "the item you ordered is out of stock" well why is it listed as in stock online? Come to find out they aren't an authorized dealer for many of the products they claim to be and they don't keep an accurate inventory either. They proceed to offer 3 low quality options from which I can choose. Why would I pick something of lesser quality than what I ordered? It's a shame I even had to reach out to find out about my order and even worse that it took that to find out they didn't have the product to begin with. Definitely will not be shopping with them no matter how much cheaper they are than others. Customer service and quality is more important than saving the few dollars.
Answer: Because they don't have it in stock. They are notorious for posting products they aren't authorized dealers for and not keeping an accurate inventory of what they do have leading to them having out of stock items available for sale but they cannot fulfill the order because the company that makes the product doesn't sell to them.
