I ordered cigars twice and both times the cigars didn't make it to me. The silver lining is that I was reimbursed due to non delivery of my cigars.
Sometimes the orders get lost in US Customs but Solo always makes good on all orders. I have been a Solo client for over 20 years and always a good experience.
They have a hard time taking your money so they can actually approve your order then they have a hard time getting it to you your orders always missing or it's caught up in customs or some other nonsense and then it takes you weeks and months to get it straightened out and you still don't get your cigars and if you order some more cigars in the meantime think that maybe you can just bypass the problems and get something to smoke no their policy is is that while you have an order that has not been delivered in any status you cannot place another order and they will cancel that order that you made so this is very stupid business practices and you only reason they would want to do that is because they're doing shady things and they want to make sure they don't get burned while they're trying to burn you this place sucks

Lohonna has been great to work with and has always took care of my needs. My problem now is customs and getting my cigars. I've been waiting a couple of months due to customs confiscating my shipments.
I was able to pick my favorite cigars and was kept informed regarding the progress of the delivery.
Despite customs prior rejections. Package finally arrived

After having enjoyed hundreds of these over the years, I'm familiar enough with Magnum 46's that I can tell the fakes from the genuine ones, and I received a box of well-detailed fakes from Solo Cigars.
