This website traps you if you make a wrong click of a button. There is no cancellation if you have to change your order or you change your mind. You have to call, and they're open til 5 pm Mon to Fri and unavailable on the weekends. The only option is to email customer service about the change or cancellation, but the problem is that they miss your email and ship it anyway. Then, they expect you to go through hoops. Best go to a store and purchase what you are looking for. This website is made by someone in their home office, definately not by a professional.
I can't afford to buy a new cylinder every week at $35 each. It's cheaper for me to buy sparkling water in bottles at the store. I'm taking my Sodastream back for a refund.
