Don't order from here! I ordered a dog bed 2 months ago and still haven't received it. I emailed them and they gave me tracking number I can't even use. I'm so pissed.

I ordered a personalized harness over a month ago and still haven't received it. Their tracking is vague and I can't even find who the carrier is. I've sent numerous emails and can't get any satisfaction. Stay away.

I ordered a sky blue bed for my cat. It took over 3 weeks to receive and when I did finally receive it they sent me the wrong one. I reached out to them and I was told I would have to pay for shipping back, however their warehouse is in China :( and it would be very expensive. There solution was to give me 20% back which is insane!
I paid $43.94 which includes shipping to me and got a total of $6.99 back and never got the item I ordered. BEWARE! Don't order from them.
Ended up getting the one I wanted from Amazon for cheaper and received it in 2 days and my cat loves. I try to support smaller stores, and not always purchase from Amazon, but this time it was a total mistake!

Placed an order and received the confirmation email. Still no order. Have emailed several time with no response. There doesnt seem to be a phone number to call either. This is a scam and I reported it to my bank.

I ordered a personalized dog harness from them on November 4. When they supposedly sent it to me they gave me a tracking number from a Chinese shipper. When it supposedly got to the US they kept giving me tracking info instead of the USPS. I am a retired postal carrier and I know how foreign parcels are handled. They had to have used a previous tracking history. They had my order out for delivery at 6:30 in the morning. Carriers don't start work until 7:30-8:00. I have been llgoing back and forth with them for the last 2 months with nothing but frustrating results. They are not a legit business. I fear they are mining information.

I placed an order over 3 months ago and have not received half of the order. About a week ago I received a call from a gentleman may states away stating that he had received one of the custom no pull vests that I had ordered and was wondering if I had received the vest he had ordered for his dog. I informed him that I had not received his order. I have no idea where the second vest that I ordered may have ended up but none the less, I don't have them. I have reached out to the company several times and only get a automated response. Pleased save your time and money and do not order from them.

Do not buy from this company! I ordered 2 beds. The package arrived over a month later with only one bed and when I told them they acted like they were looking into it but it's well over 2 months now with no progress. Terrible service. I'm out over $100. Huge RIPPOFF!

No option for negative 5 stars - This is a bullsh&$ company do not answer besides the canned response that someone will get back to me - NOPE. Better off waiting for Santa Claus or the Easter Bunny to answer my letters from 1973

Bought my pet a coat on 12/9. Credit card charged on 12/11. Sent an email for status update, received a robo response. The won't do anything within the 1st 7 business days. Sent 3 more emails, it's now 12/21. No package, not a peep out of customer service.

I purchased a less than inferior pet bed for my dog from this company. First of all, this company is located in China and it took over a month to arrive. When it did, It was no where near the quality described and pictured. In fact, the bed was missing 3/4 of the bolster making it defective and unusable. It was also not the color that I ordered. I contacted the company several times advising that I wanted a refund. They either ignored my emails or refused a refund. Finally, after numerous attempts, they gave me a return address in China and said they would not cover shipping to return the defective bed, but would refund my order upon receipt of the defective product. I brought the bed to the post office and was advised that the cheapest shipping cost to China would be $77. Not wanting to throw more good money after bad, I sent another email with a photo of the bed and receipt advising what the cost of the return would be. I asked for a US address or for them to refund my money based on the photo of the bed that would need to be thrown away. I received no response. This company is fraudulent and should not be allowed to sell their products in the United States. Don't waste your money buying from them.

Emailed multiple times with a generic response indicating they would get back to me and never responded. I demanded my money back no response. Worst customer service ever

I ordered a bed five months ago for my dog. I have sent about a dozen emails and have tried to pursue the tracking number I was given with no concrete results. I have gotten only form letters back from the company without any real information about my purchase all together, I have lost about $100 and never received anything. I think this company is a scam. Beware.

I ordered a dog harness on July 17, 2023.It is now August 4,2023. I have received a thank you for my order. Nothing else. No tracking or a number to call. I have emailed them 5 times with no response. My order was $33. The email they had was socopetbed.com. Then i got a customer survey that asked if i was satisfied? I clicked on bad, unsatisfied. It didn't load another page. Im ver unsatisfied. Will not order from there again. They send me new stuff from an email list with % off on items.

Ordered a small comfy pet's bed for my 6lb chihuahua. It was way too small. Returned it. Still haven't received a replacement or the $35 back. That was 2 years ago. And now they spam my text and emails. You will not get what you ordered and then they will never leave you alone. Blocked them. Said Stop. The just use a different tactic to harass you.!STAY AWAY FROM COMFY BEDS! Gave one star because it made me rate it.

I ordered my pet dog house for the winter on December 23rd. It is now January 9th and I haven't received anything. Not even a response to my email. I want my money back please.

I was unhappy with the quality of the beds. Within a couple weeks of use, the stuffing has flattened.
