Comfy Pets Bed

I placed an order on Jan. 15th and have yet to receive the item. Tracking hasn't been provided. I've asked for a cancellation and refund and they will not honor my multiple requests. Looking at all of the horrible, similar experiences. I am exploring other options to get some help getting my money back.

So upset! I made first order back February 27 and have tried two different emails to contact them second one said it's a bad email and wouldn't go through so now I'm out $60 and then didn't realize it had my mom placed an order and now unfortunately I guess she's going to be out the same. Strange thing is a lot of people are saying they ordered dog items but I ordered from a website called comfy beds trying to get Bed comforters.
Absolutely sad and pathetic that companies can get away with this I will do my best to let others know!

There us nothing honest about this company. After many, many attempts at email to get a credit for am item that was not packed in my order, I finally decided to use good old-fashioned snail Mail. That 320 Park Ave.,, NY, NY address was returned to me by the post office saying "Return to Sender. Not deliverable as addressed.
Unable to forward. The size bed they recommended on their website for a Golden Retriever was way too small, and the return label they were supposed to send, according to their website so I could return the bed (at my cost) never arrived. I finally gave the bed away to someone with a much smaller dog and told them they could bill me for the bed ONLY! They wrote American Express that I was trying to fraud them. Do not buy anything from them!

I ordered a large bed from them on 1/13/2021 and received the order confirmation. 3 weeks past and did not hear anything in regards to my order so I searched for their customer service number (which they DON'T have). I sent them an email which is the only form of contact you will have with this "company" I immediately received an auto response stating order information will be available within 2 to 4 weeks. I replied for them to cancel because my puppies can not wait that long for a new bed. I got a response from an "agent" a few days later basically stating that they're unable to cancel orders that are out for production. Got an email 2/18/2021 stating my order has shipped. Checked the status the next day and it was in Buffalo, NY. Today as of 3/11/2021 my order is still in Buffalo, NY. You guys please go elsewhere if you're looking for a new bed for your fur babies ( Petco, Pet Smart, Amazon... Anywhere but here). Now I'm out of $50+, mind you I had to pay for shipping as well when I ordered and still no product. They are NOT located in the U. S which is fine but at least do not lie to potential buyers of your products.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! They took my money but NO product showed up! They do not email back! It has been over 5 weeks!

OMG, I wish I had read the reviews before placing an order. I am out $100+ dollars on 2 beds i ordered. No phone number to contact anyone, no one responds to email address provided. One link they provide for customer service directs you back to they home page. NO CUTOMER SERVICE, NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL TO CHECK ON ORDER, basically they take your money and don't provide the product. I COULD ONLY CHOOSE 1 STAR, BECAUSE THERE WASN'T A LOWER OPTION. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKED I DID. FIND A REPUTABLE COMPANY. THIS ONE IS NOT!

THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! BOUGHT A BED OVER A MONTH AND HALF AGO STILL HAVEN'T SEEN IT! THEY TOOK MY MONEY THOUGH! NO ONE TO CONTACT, NO NUMBER. AUTOMATIC EMAIL SYSTEM SO YOU GET NO WHERE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL GET YOU TOO!

I ordered 3 pink beds and 1 gray bed on 11-28-20, I received a package on 1-19-21 with only TWO BEDS THAT WERE WHITE! The company will not respond to emails and will not refund my money. They told my credit card company that my package was delivered bit they will not talk to me. At the LEAST, I need half my money back! I only got TWO BEDS and I paid for FOUR! I can not use the WHITE Beds either! I am still working on getting my money back through credit card company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. There is no phone number to contact anyone and they have not responded to the 10 emails I have sent. Upon receiving via email the order confirmation I noticed the billing address AND SHIPPING ADDRESS was incorrect. I immediately tried to contact them with no luck. They keep sending me emails regarding the shipping status. Their website reads they have 24/7/365 customer service, WHAT A JOKE. I keep replying to them to cancel the order, it's going to the wrong place. Without being able to contact them via phone, and they're not replying to my emails, how do I even initiate a return? I REPEAT. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS VENDOR. THEY'RE HORRIBLE.
UPDATE: after a week of sending emails to cancel this order I get an email telling me they ARE NOT SET UP TO PROCESS RETURNS. It's signed by "Joanne, in Denmark" Hmmmm... I didn't know there was a city in China named Denmark...

I ordered a beige and after checkout I received a confirmation that said blue. After reading reviews this has happened to others. I tried to cxl immediately on the 5th of Jan and didn't get a response until Jan 21st saying although it hasn't shipped I still have to return it when it comes. I still haven't received a shipping date. Poor customer service they don't even have a # to call only email which takes 2 weeks to receive a reply.

Shipping was rather slow. I, like the most recent reviews, received wrong color. No receipt or purchase confirmation. Recent reviews are negative for the pet bed, but earlier reviews were much more positive. I thought I ordered from Soco, but return address was from Original Deal
I am wondering if Soco changed their dog bed resource or if they have changed employees and now have employees that can't understand English or are they inept. I won't be ordering from the website until things are straightened up. I hope to receive my beige bed I ordered. As I said I didn't receive a receipt or confirmation of purchase. Are we not receiving these articles so that our reviews will not be seen by the public until late in your reviews?

Love the bed for the dog but took 3 months before I got the product! They advertise as being in the USA, but they are not, they might have a local address, but they get these shipped from China. And yes the wait is so frickin long not worth the time. They have these types of beds at petco.com, go find it there instead, I mean if they could ship it in a timely manner, but they can't, customs take way to long and the updates are horrible, I would not recommend this company or any of their affiliates unless you want to wait 3 or 4 months to get the actual bed, I would suggest to by from petco or petsmart both places carry faux beds like these's..

Placed my order online and my money was taken right away from my account. Never heard anything from them till a week later that because of shipping delays due to the virus that my order will be on it's way soon. Another week went by and I finally got a message that my order was on it's way with a fake tracking number that only comes up package not found. I have sent many emails contacting them for help on any info for tracking my order and get no reply. Total scam site! Now I am having to deal with trying to get my money back and have been told there is a good possibility that they may not be able to do it with sites like this. It is so sad that there are people out there in the world that take advantage of others this way! It needs to be stopped!
