I did not have a good experience with this shop. I would not recommend them as it was all a headache from the start for me...
I waited for over 3 months for my items. I do not believe the positive reviews on their website. It is obviously bought or the owner wrote it on his own. Horrible customer service. Go elsewhere. Save yourself the hassle. I've warned you.
Their stuff is so high quality and affordable. AMAZING customer service too! Fast replies and they are always willing to help.
Never gonna buy stuff from them again. Their customer services are so bad and that Katee is so damn rude. They sell fake stuff and when I ask why did they sell fake stuff to me, that Katee replied me saying that they never say that they are selling real products. How rude.
If you have a problem with this place, you will be insulted, blamed, and perhaps get Katee, who will sign off with "warm regards" but will treat you with anything but.

I LOVE THEIR CLOTHING. ITS SO CUTE AND GREAT FOR ANYONE WHO LIKES CUTE CLOTHING AND K-POP.(AND I LOVE BOTH). ALTHOUGH THE ONLY THING I WOULD SAY ABOUT THIS STORE IS THAT YOUR ORDER DOES TAKE A WHILE TO COME. BUT THAT IS ONLY BECAUSE IT COMES FROM A LONG DISTANCE PLACE. ALL THE ORDERS I HAD ORDERED CAME EXACTLY HOW THEY SAID IT WOULD COME. ALTHOUGH IF YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT THEIR SHIPPING PROCESS, EVERYTHING TAKES A WHILE TO COME SO YOU NEED TO BE PATIENT. YOU COULD ASK QUESTIONS ON THE WEBSITES EMAIL IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR ORDER. THEY WOULD GLADLY ANWERS THEM! :)
