Idk why a lot of people say they are scammed. It takes about 1-7 business days to process your order and 2-3 weeks to ship. If it takes awhile they're not scamming you that's just the time states on their website. I ordered their Earth hoodie and I love it so much, it's super comfortable and I think it's really cute. From what I can tell their stuff is really high quality and worth the wait. Probably my favorite online store.
I've been waiting for a necklace my husband got me and I'm reading now about scams and what not I've emailed them numerous times and these idiots havent gotten back to me do not buy from this company it's nothing but a joke and all they do is take your money never ever will I buy from them again better off ordering from SHEIN there awesome clothes fit and there there within a week.
Took 17 Business days to get to me. Clothes were not as advertised and feel fairly cheap.
I wouldn't recommend ordering anything, unless you want something that is too small, not labeled correctly, and cheap.
All the shirts came and they were great but the jean's I got were really cheep and didn't fit, I also ordered jumpers but they never came, just buy somewhere else
Giving 1 star because I can't give zero stars. Ordered clothes for my daughter over a month ago. Never received the merchandise. Went back to the website to contact them & website was changed to say "Try Again Later". Have been checking back now for over a week & status remains unchanged. Buyer beware!
Read their FB page, and other social media accounts. Poor quality if you actually receive your order. Most of the time you're given a bogus tracking number, and nothing arrives. Request a refund, and they ask you to wait. Then wait some more. They're just hoping you'll go away and stop asking for a refund. I'm not going away, and I will post warnings about this sham of a company anywhere I can. STAY AWAY FROM THIS "BUSINESS".
I have bought from this site twice and the first shipment came within two months, the clothes fit weirdly and weren't really comfortable for the price. The other shipment has not came yet even though it says it is fulfilled, and it has been a week. Maybe someone stole it but I have never had that problem in my apartment building before, and it has only been two weeks so I do not think it is here yet however it says my order is fulfilled. Anyways the clothes are cute but a bit uncomfortable other than the sweatshirt which fit perfectly on me and is very soft. The clothes are sturdy. But if you do not mind the long shipping and occasionally running into uncomfortable fabric then i suggest you buy some clothes from soaesthetic since the clothes are really cute.
Clothing bought from other retailers such as wish and aliexpress but sold for more expensive.the website aesthetic is good though. Items came, though a bit late.
I ordered a XXL sweatshirt and when it arrived it was small, so small I don't think it would fit a 10 year old. I contacted them and they said they would send out the proper size. I had to send photos of measurements and everything. Waited 6 weeks and the replacement arrived, the same size as the first. I want my money back but now they stopped all communication. Do not order from here!

Feel like I have been cheated as the website makes it seem like you are buying a high end product so you pay the high price. But in actual fact you wait two months for item to arrive just chucked in a bag with no return slip. Gutted. Hope I can make someone think before they waste their money too.
I bought pins from soaestheticshop and when the packaging came it had AliExpress on it which is such a let down. Wouldn't recommend and might as well buy from AliExpress.
This company is in China. They do not hold any stock. The delivery times are weeks and weeks & they cover themselves by refering you to their terms & conditions. We ordered 4 items one month ago. Two arrived ( one is the wrong size) & the other two have not arrived yet. In a country who is the second economy in the world, this is just diabolical. I decided NOT to return the wrong size item as i have no faith & do not wish to communicate with them again. ( Through they do respond to emails quickly) NEVER AGAIN. NOT A CREDIT TO CHINA.
The shipping does take quite a while, but the items aren't coming from the US, so that is to be expected. I've been promoting for this shop for a while and they have good customer service, fairly quick replies, and the items are of quality. I've been satisfied with every purchase I've made from this store. Never had any missing items or issues with that. As long as you're willing to wait a bit, this store is great!
I order three items two shirts and a hoodie. One of the shirts and the hoodie took super long to come but eventually made it. And the one shirt never came through and the company got mad at me for not reporting anything sooner and said "they can't do anything about it". Their service was also completely useless and did not help me whatsoever with my missing shirt and refused to give me an exchange or refund. I wish I can give them a lower rating than one star and I will most likely never buy from them again. The worst company by far.
The item came really late. The material of the t-shirt was stretchy and it did not look anything like the photo on their website. UGH.

I ordered items in bulk and some items came through. For the quality of the items, I could say it was overpriced. Now I buy at AliExpress for cheaper cause that's where they get their "supplies". Over 6 months later and 9-10 items amounting to $144 have not arrived and when I ask them about it or ask for a refund they blatantly ignore me. I found out that I had been scammed when I saw that I wasn't the only one that this was happening to. DO NOT BUY!
Theyre dropshipping things from AliExpress. When you buy something from SoAesthetic, they go AliExpress and buy the items with your address for a LOT cheaper. A lot of instagram shops are doing this.
Tip: if youre planning to buy something on soaestheticshop, take screenshot of that items and use image search the items on AliExpress. If you want to find cute clothings on AliExpress, just search Harajuku or ulzzang
Everything is overpriced. Everything can also be found on Aliexpress as well as other sites for a lot cheaper (shipping is usually free). There are many trustworthy reviews for many items and images to help on Aliexpress. I've spent the last 12 hours swimming through Aliexpress and I've come across so many cheaper (under $30AUD) clothes.
This so-called online shop resells items off sites such as Aliexpress, eBay and much more but for a ridiculous amount.
PLEASE DON'T BUY, BUY FROM ALIEXPRESS (WAY CHEAPER AND WORTH IT / GOOD REVIEWS)
If you search up 'harajuku ulzzang' or anything along those lines - you're bound to come across something from the SoAesthetic Shop but for so much cheaper. Happy shopping.
