This company kept changing our delivery date for our first every box of meals (about 16 of them) and then found a delivery date which, to our surprise when we finally opened the box, was on the "consume by" date on the meal packages. We tasted two of them since they arrived on the date of doom and then had to toss the rest. Their error made us have to wait to decide whether we wanted to continue the service, but in the mean time they sent out a second box JUST BEFORE we got the first one. We do not want this service now, but they will refund only the first box even though their errors caused all these delays and a loss of our money on the second box. They are rigid about customer "care." They do NOT care about their customers. Don't give them a penny.

I usually go to the SNAP on Montrose in Houston - was really impressed with it when I was first introduced to it around 4 years ago - super healthy - super FRESH - then learned - weekends are a deadzone - Friday expiration day - so learned to come in sunday nite or Monday for freshest and most choices - yikes - yesterday - a Monday - lots of empty shelves with signs - same day expirations - I just got violently ill on a ground turkey pasta - I will NOT give them any more business - the clerk told me the "fresh" kitchen is in Ft. Worth. Wait. Whaaaat? #neveragain #snapisover
