Pichle 10 din phele mene ek order kiya tha jisme muje ek product missing mila tha uska ammount refund krne ke liye bola gya tha joki unke batane ke according mere account me 16/12/21 ko credit kr diye gye h but muje abhi tk payment received nhi hui h fr mene snapdeal ki team se contact kiya to bol rhe h ki 20/12/21 tak aayega isi Tarah se ye pichle 15 days se pagal bna rhe h inn logo ko yhi nhi pta ki panel me kya update h inse customer kya expect krega plz snapdeal se koi bhi shopping na kre verna kl ko koi bhi fas skta h hmari tarha.

This is the company where delivery boy misbehave with your sister, don't talk to your sister properly even can't wait for a single minute to take order back. When we went downstairs he went away and said now I will not take back.
When you call them first of all your call wouldn't get connect.
Delivery boy talk to you rudely and say company doesn't give us salary we are doing it for free

I have ordered two pairs of shoes from Snapdeal. They delivered only one pair. However in your app the status showed as both pairs delivered when I asked for the second pair, without informing me you updated the status as "return initiated".

Till then I have tried calling and contacting Snapdeal by multiple means (watsapp, instagram, call, email) but they were unable to give me anysatisfactory response and just giving me standard pre scripted replies.

I did the blunder of my life that I ordered from Snapdeal. I will never recommend anyone for Snapdeal.

My sincere advice is that in case you do not want to waste your time and energy please do not take any service from Snapdeal.
