Recently I ordered HP pendrive from Snapdeal. I am very happy with the product. It's genuine, works fast and smooth.
I was little bit suspicious about Snapdeal, however, got the best product. I also had to contact their customer care for one of the queries and they were really helpful. Loved the Experience.:-D
Placed order with advance payment. Order confirmed but did not deliver and cancelled after few days. It is clear cheating.

Never buy from snap deal. They will eat up you money. They did not deliver product and despite repeated reminders, its already 1 month now, are reluctant to issue refund

Never knew that even snapdeal can do frauds like this. Never got my refund from an order. Canclled a prepaid order. They asked for some time every time i get in contact with them. Even sent them my account details nd statements. But at last they say we cant do anything and pls contact your bank. Such a cheap thing to do with a customer who had trusted you with pre paying the amount and not getting the same respond from you guys. I felt as if i dealt with a local bazar chor. No doubt that you guys cant be of any good
You all could know that amazon is richest shopping site. All indians are giving 5 stars for amazon and 1 star for snapdeal. When you support other countries, how will india develop so stop complaining about snapdeal which is indian. Complain about amazon and others. Want to put india first then stop complaining about indians. Unity is strength.
I would suggest not to use this app, i had got a car with a robot where it didn't work, when i tried to replace its showing there is shortage in item, when tried to refund the item... The delivery guy came to pick the material and is stating the color of item is different would not take this... What nonsense is this... Waste app
I didn't receive my complete item. I order 6 shirts but i get 3 with different company And when i complain about that they decline to hear. Also their customer care service is weast no one is listening. And when i try to call delivery boy he talk very badly and said if product is not complete than its not our fault

1. Refund: App says refunded on 06.10.2020 but no refund received. They saying track with your bank with ref.no they giving but bank saying not possible to track with the ref. No only.
2. Worst Customer service. Customer service no ( *******126) never work.
My money got stuck now. Don't know will get get it back or not.

Snapdeal chor company. Purchased earphone with online payment.we have not received product delivery. Snapdeal says product is delivered.No proof of delivery given, no courier person called such is Snapdeal bogus company. I vl request all people never to buy any product however cheap from this fraud company.
The person by name Swamy, Bengalore was very arugent behaviour with customers. I was busy at time, I told him to wait for 5 minutes. By the time, I came down he has left the place. When I called him, he spoke with me very hashly. I requested him get back the product by evening. He agreed but he dint turned up.
So I refused to take my order. Please take action on him. His mobile no. *******056.
Snapdeal customer service standards can be make out from the incidence when they didn't refunded my rs399 for a product which I returned them... I had to return two products in their original packing in which those products came and it was in one single pack. Naturally while returning back I was supposed to return it in the same packaging and in the same way like it came. But I just confirmation of refund of one item n for other item they showed as pick-up unsuccessful. Fraud company. Poor standards. That's the reason their rating is so low and they cannot ever compete with Amazon.
When i order anything from Snapdeal it comes after 1 week 2 weeks it takes so much time to deliver orders..
I have ordered purple chilly sheeds,
After one week i got the sheeds, and i have planted in the mud bed, same process which in mentioned ine the pack,
I got 49 chilly sheeds
In that sheed not even single plant not came
They are cheating
