Horrible company! DO not order from them. They do not care about customers. Very shady! Placed an order 4/29/25. It's June 2 and I have yet to receive the products. I have sent 7 emails asking for a refund and letting them know I NEVER received the product. I also left 2 messages and have NOT heard back from ANY of them. What a Disappointment! SHADY! BEWARE!

Outer box says "Brachs Spice Drops" inside is a box of HI Chews fruity chews? Add to that I did not order either product and have no idea why this box has my name on it. Calls have gone ignored.

This gives me easy access to items sometimes bought at COSTCO and otherwise for baking in general. I have been very pleased with them. Surprised to see such a low rating. Not my experience at all.

Ordered crackers received rancid cracker dust:

How can a company like this still be in business? I ordered two bags of crackers, opened the box that they were crammed into to find out they were merely dust. I tasted both bags and they both tasted rancid. When I brought up the fact that the bags were crammed into a small box AND tasted rancid( both two points that have nothing to do with the crackers being in small bits and pieces) The " customer service agent" Vivian Phan never responded. I then sent a few more inquiries and was completely ignored.

The customer service agent( I say customer service loosely) because she was useless told me that since the sell by date was still valid that my return would not be honored. Also she pointed out they have a policy on their website that states they will not be responsible for refunding any crackers due to them breaking down during transit. I'm sure she's got that policy and cut copy and paste for all of the angry customer she has to respond to!

What a copout, I know it wasn't transit that created this rancid cracker dust.

Do yourself a favor and do not buy from this company, they stole my money.

Bad business I hope they go under soon!

I bought an item online since it was the best price I could find. After purchase, vendor emailed to say that the price was reflective of a short-date product and asked if I still wanted it. Being a freezable product I said yes. At the same time I offered to buy 3 more cases for a discount. They agreed to the discount I proposed and sent me a PayPal invoice for the total, not discounted (less what I had already paid). I asked where the discount was and was told that I would have to pay the non-discounted amount up front and then they would refund the discounted amount later. I said I would not do business that way, citing that there was no reason to make me pay the full price up front, and asked that they either send me the case I already paid for or a refund. Without response they sent me the PayPal refund. Very poor business practice.

Took my money and I have still not received anything!
I contacted them that I did not receive my package and they would only send me a tracking # that said "Delivered". Delivered where? Not to my house! The address on the order was correct. We work from home and have a Ring doorbell, it did not come here!

My two bags of Bark Thins came melted into one big blob in each bag. I have ordered these from so many other vendors these last two years and this NEVER happened. They offer extra cost cold shipping, but i think since i went on past experience from different vendors, i didnt think it was needed. I think and believe that these bags were already melted and they send them out to people who dont buy the extra cost shipping. I am appalled that a company would send something like this out. I am telling everyone about this expereince. It is beyond atrocious.
Please do not buy from this vendor. It got one star because i received the shipment from them
