SCAM! Ordered $240 worth of product and recieved the confirmation. After months of no updates followed up with customer service who informed me part of it was out of stock and the order had been cancelled. (No email to me, no money returned to my account) I have recieved dozens of spam emails from them but not a one to mentioned they cancelled my order. After going back and forth with customer service they keep telling my it was refunded yet 4 months later I still haven't gotten a cent back from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ONLINE!
I ordered a bong from these people and it arrived broken. That was six weeks ago. I sent emails, texts, and phone messages. No response at all. Not even a kiss my $#*!. I sent pictures of the bong and the box. Still no response. These people do not do what they advertise. They want to sell and after that, if there's an issue, tuff $#*!. They got their money. My word to you guys is buy elsewhere. These guys really do suck bad.
I have had a subscription box with them. In December I was charged for a box that was never shipped. Customer service will only (sometimes) respond via chat. Generic response that shipment was delayed due to holiday orders. Still not shipped 30 days later and now they will not respond. Cancelled subscription before I could be charged again and did a charge back with my card for fraud.
I purchased an item for around $60 in February. Without my knowledge they signed me up for something called "mulberry protection". Every month for the past year they have charged me $10.91. I've now paid around $100 for protection on a $60 item. Last month I finally spoke to a representative and they talked me through creating an account with mulberry, so I could cancel the charges. Well now one month later I've been charged $10.91 again. Do not use this company unless you want to pay them for the rest of your life. I'm currently contacting my bank to get them to block the charges that they refuse to cancel.
This company lies. They sell defective products and they refuse to address it. They promised me a return credit but they refuse to process it. What a bad company. Hard pass!
It's nothing short of mail fraud. I don't know how they are still allowed to operate. They lie about shipping times and then never deliver the item at all. Don't throw your money away.
Ordered 2 different items. They were shipped separately but when they arrived they were both the same thing. Contacted them in chat on their webpage. After a HUGE runaround they said they would get back to me. They never did. I tried calling twice and only got voicemail. Left requests for a callback but that never happened either. Lastly I sent an email. You guessed it, NO REPLY. I'll never buy there again.
I ordered over $100 of merchandise. Tracking never materialized (whenever i checked, it gave a blank screen). No response to repeated email and phone attempts to contact the supposed company. They simply stole over $100 and refused to respond. I have contacted the AG of my state as well as my city police, but I don't have much hope of being reimbursed.
I made a purchase from Smoke Cartel during their 420 sale, hoping to take advantage of the discounts. I specifically requested in the order notes that if my desired color, Honey/Topaz, was not available for the Pulsar Drop Down Bee Dab Rig, the order should be canceled. Unfortunately, my request was completely ignored, and I received a hideous black color rig that had nothing to do with what I wanted.
Immediately, I reached out to the company via email, seeking a solution. However, I was met with silence and no response whatsoever. Feeling frustrated and left with no other options, I decided to file a dispute with my bank, as Smoke Cartel had wrongly withheld my money and didn't even provide a return option.
To my disbelief, I received a letter from my bank stating that they would not be proceeding with the dispute, essentially allowing Smoke Cartel to get away with scamming yet another hardworking customer. I have been a repeat customer of Smoke Cartel in the past and have even recommended them, but after this experience, I can no longer do so.
The lack of decent customer service and the company's unwillingness to address and resolve my issue has left me extremely shocked and disillusioned. I expected better treatment as a valued customer, but it seems Smoke Cartel is more interested in making a quick buck than prioritizing customer satisfaction. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future and advising others to do the same.

I wasted $180 on a faulty bong. They won't refund or exchange. I wish I had read reviews first before buying from them.

They are based out of Savanna GA, so you can only imagine the type of slugs that work here. Don't support these scammers. They will NOT get your order to you. Do nit trust this scam. Look to a local shop
Your order will be shipped when they get around to ordering it from another company. They took my money for an item they said was in stock and delivery would be 2 or 3 days lmao it's still awaiting a eta on shipping end no response from this piss poor company good thing I used klarna time to cancel.
A week after ordering and still nothing has even shipped. Not an estimated arrival time not a placed shipment notification nothing. Canceled my order, let's see if I ever get refunded. Trash.
Not a bad bong, it got here in 5 days. They could've done a little better with updating their customers on delivery but other than that it's a pretty solid company
I payed 80 for a vaporizer that doesn't even work on concentrates. Then you cant return the product when you can't return a product you know the company doesn't believe in the products they sell
I ordered my dab rig on the night of the 28th, there still isn't any tracking information. Customer service number doesn't answer or call back, i have been in contact with them via email and they claim its because of the holidays, if holidays will delay processing by a week it should be noted on the website. The only reason i purchased it was because it said that id receive my item by yesterday if i bought within the next hour. Ill be waiting until the 5th for information to post and if not i will cancel my order and leave a negative follow up review. Again this is not a product review but on smoke cartel itself as a company. The company has guranteed me "expedited shipping" but we'll see.
I'm still waiting on what is going to happen with the pipe I purchased. You messaged acknowledging there was an error that was not on me. You said you would try to find it or send another one. I haven't heard nothing since then and I have been messaging and will continue to message and leave bad reviews until you send me my pipe!
I am so turned off to this company, they claim to ship most orders out within 3 business days, but that is not the case in my order. I placed a order on 12/11 and today is the 16th and still the order is listed as "getting ready to ship" I have emailed, texted and tried to call this company without one response. Do yourself a favor and find a better, more customer centered business to buy from. I'm sorry I ever ordered from here!
