A couple of years ago I was looking for a bong with some good thick quartz glass that was at least a foot long or longer with some percolators. I found something on this website I'm pretty positive and it never came in the mail after paying for it. Something like 6 months later I had a package show up and it was my bong but it was in tiny little pieces. They would not refund me. They have things like freeze pipes on this website that are only $60 but if you actually look at freeze pipe the name brand pipes they run almost $200. There is no way you can get a quality product at $60 that runs $200 elsewhere unless there's something wrong. Now either the other people are overcharging or this place is screwing people over and I think it's the second option

They rooms weeks and weeks to even respond to me then a month after I order I finally get the one item (battery) and it's the wrong item. Legit will never order from this "company" again.

My terp pen they sent leaks constantly. I would advise to not use them and go with Dankriot.com. They told me to hit up the manufacturer vs them doing their job.

I don't have a problem with their products or prices, but their shipping is boardering on unacceptable for a modern business. They have taken more than 5 business days to even package and ship my piece. And when I contacted their customer support department I was told that they deprioritize service claims that do not have a tracking number already.

Save your money, there are better online shops that you can find.

I ordered a vape battery. It wouldn't work. I made multiple attempts to contact them by phone snd email. They did respond to a couple of emails. I supplied them a video of the damaged product that they requested. And never heard another word from them. Avoid ordering from this company and find a reputable, customer friendly company to give your business to!

I placed an international order for the United Kingdom on 4. 10. 22. I paid $27.97 for the product and $24.94 for international shipping, totalling $52.90 (£49.16) They took the money and my item was never sent out for delivery to my UK adress. I have been back and fourth with their customer service team, who have been absolutely useless. At first the order was left being processed and I received no delivery or tracking information for that week. The first representative I emailed responded back saying that the order hadn't been processed properly so it had to be put through again. Then the order had to be processed again because the representative didn't realise it was an international order. My order was process for a third time and then shipped to another facility because this facility didn't ship internationally. I was also promised an email of confirmation, with new tracking information once it has landed. Considering I paid $25 for international shipping I am not sure why this has happend. Anyway I was able to track this order via the app SHOP to this other vacility which my item has now been at for over 2 weeks and I have received no emails from the representative. I have sent them 2 emails which have been ignored. I finally got a response from another representative after I requested a refund and threatened to take things further, I recieved a very poor response. The representative failed to read my email properly and didn't read all my other emails and therefore responded saying that it had been delivered. So I am back to where I started.

Apon looking up reviews this is someting that this company practices regularly in. Absolute exhausting experience, please avoid this company.

Its been over 7 WEEKS since I ordered and paid for my bong. I still haven't received the item I purchased. Endless emailed apologies from Smoke Cartel, repeated assurances it would be resolved, and still nothing.

It almost appears to be a game. Endless emails promising the Fulfillment Department will do this, the Technical Review Group will do that, we will resolve the issue (missing parts) as soon as possible! And again and again nothing ever happens.

Buyer Beware!

Very disappointed and I've wasted $35 and my time.

Don't buy from here the return address is fake and I can't get ahold of them for replacement. If you like buying broke stuff then this the place to buy find a more trusted source

I could not figure out how my 14 year old was getting this stuff. Then on day a box came in the mail from SmokeCartel.com. It was addressed to my minor child. When I opened it there is was. At the bottom of the receipt it said leave a review so I am. I personally would boycott anyone or place that would contribute to minors being able to purchase any of their products. You can go to the web sight and see what they sell for yourself. You also have to leave all your personal indentation in order to leave a review. I wonder why?

I contacted them every way possible with no response the tracking order does not work all I wanted was my money refunded I filed a fraud complaint please re consider ordering from this website

Would not replace my glass piece that I paid an extra $45 to cover. These are scam artists. Go elsewhere. Claimed to refund the cost of warranty package to my account and never did.

It was a simple single product order and I should have received by now! And I made the mistake of using SMOKE CARTEL!

Bought a Ooze battery for delta cartridges from Smoke cartel, had it 2 months and screwed it onto the battery to charge it wouldn't even charge, unscrewed it from the charger and it literally came apart. Emailed them about it, they were no help, no exchange, no replacement, nothing so if you get something that tears up from them just beware they will NOT make it right. Waste of money!

Ordered gummies in January and the arrived with a expiration of 9/21…WHY WOULD I WANT SOMETHING 4/5mos EXPIRED!? Trying to get a refund for almost a month not and all ive been told is "product is sent to warehouse to be reviewed" my item isnt opened and its still in the shipping box. Wonder what excuse they will use to not refund the money…. Dont waste your time, shop elsewhere.

Missing bowl piece, they sent an ugly color when I didn't have the option to choose like they said I did. Their service department refused refund or exchange unless unused, but I did use it. It's junk doesn't work most of the time and a pain to clean. Will never bring mine or my shops business here. They've lost a lot of customers here now.
