I vegan using this site for invoices and estimates about 2.5 months now. At first it was free, then they told me I have to upgrade to either 5 or 10 dollar a month plan. The plan for 5 dollars was mysteriously not able to be selected so I figured 10 bucks isn't too terrible and subscribed to pay it. Well a month goes by and they charged me 30 dollars and sent a screenshot of the page where you select a plan showing text that was not even displayed when I was signing up and also showing the 5 dollar plan as selectable. Basically what the page should have looked like but did not when I was told I needed a paid plan to continue using the platform. These guys are absolute predators and know many businesses won't even pay attention to the discrepancies. I hope this saves someone to else from being robbed by this leach of a business.
I was offered a $4 plan which I took a month ago.
Today Skynova emailed me thanking me for $15 which in nzd is $24.50!
I did not save my cc details with them. I did not authorise this new plan and the $4 plan no longer exists! These guys are scumbags. No stars
$25 a month (Massachusetts) has become too expendive, finding other sites/services that do the same thing for no money or very cheap!.do your research people!... I am going to cancel and move on! UPDATE: I canceled my policy with them and then the next day they charged my account!?... so pissed off now I have to go through the B.S. Of dealing with them to give me my money back this is not a fair company!
Never even heard of SKYNOVA and charged my credit card. This is fraud from a $#*!in company that has not phone number this is BULL$#*! now i have to cancel my credit card because of these $#*!s
After 4 years of satisfactory service, Skynova has placed a "block" on my email address for my original account and I have not been able to access it for the last two months. That email address is *******@cox.net. I tried to call but the recorded message directs me to communicate via email and doesn't provide an option to leave a voice mail message.
My emails to Skynova trying to resolve this issue did not get a response. (maybe because there is a "block" on that email address?) I sent three or four emails over the past few weeks.
When I tried to contact support via the website, I got an auto response that says, "This e-mail address has bounced before and cannot be used again. If you are certain that it is correct, contact support at *******@aynax.com to remove the block."
In the meantime, Skynova continued to bill me monthly for a service I could no longer access.
I tried emailing from another email address and still received no response. (maybe because that other email address is not recognized as being a current customer in the Skynova database?) The note above the auto response stated, "If you already have an account, please sign in first so we can help you faster (your query will be linked to your account).
That left me no other option but to dispute the charges with my credit card company since I was getting charged for a service that I was no longer able to use.
Been with Aynax, now Skynova for years. Ever since Skynova took over we don't receive notifications of delivery or opening of emails! They have lost my business for good because that is the essential part of service and why we pay someone. We have lost business because of this and do not recommend to anyone for their business! You will lose revenue with this company!
I love Skynova, I never ever had a problelm! Perfect for my small business! If you have a question you can contact them via email and someone always always responds and answers my question!

It is impossible to get a person to help you and support takes forever to get back with you. Since they switched to Skynova there service has gone downhill. I tried and tried to get assistance before writing this review. Also, if you call phone number it just directs you back to online support form. Totally useless. Avoid if you are a small business
In March 2021, I purchased "one-month of unlimited invoice", which is one time only, to support Skynova after the free trial.
That's the moment Skynova did the tricks on my credit card!
In April 2021, my credit card is charged with 15 USD for nothing!
Log in the profile and found out I couldn't edit payment info because they removed this section completely from my profile!
The customer service refused to refund currency exchange loss.

Skynova is a subscription service, which is stated when upgrading to a paid plan. This means that your card will be charged every month, on the date you upgraded. If you want to cancel your subscription, you can do this by closing the account from the profile page. If you contact [email protected] they will help you solve the issue.

I'm disappointed that I was not given any kind of notice your rate was going up? My business wouldn't survive if I raised my rates without notification to my customers.
I was never informed about this new rate. Though this company served me okay, I'll shop around for a new provider. Will terminate the services by the year end.
These guys raised their rates and did not inform or offer their customers the option to accept or deny. They simply hit the credit card for the new rates! They DO NOT have that authority. How much will you take next time? $10? $100? $1000? You are thieves! Stay away from these guys! FAR, FAR AWAY!
Our invoices are now organized and we can always go back on our history it's a good bookkeeper. Now we dont have to go look around for our invoices and customers emails and address. You the best. If someone says they having problem using this maybe they dont know how to read instruction, that's why. Ok good job. Aloha
I had been with them a few years and was told price is going up from 9.99 to 15.00. There sites that do basic invoicing for free or cheaper and I already thought the 9.99 was high. Will be ending my service with them. Horrible for those self employed.
I like the ease and ability to access spreadsheets available to invoice employers etc...

Did the price go up? 9.99 is expensive considering there are literally no upgrades to the service and you don't even have an app.

I am sorry to hear that you have had a poor experience with our support team, that is not how it should be.
There has been no change to our support team when changing name to Skynova, so the level of service should be the same. We are a small company with a limited number of staff where having phone support as a default means for helping our customers would massively increase the support reply time for our customers. We always try to solve all issues by email. However, in some cases our customers wants contact by phone and when they do the support agent will call the customer when they request it. In average our customers gets a support request reply in less than an hour.
