This is my second time experiencing SKYLUX Travel, and working with my travel consultant Martin N. The first time was great, it felt like the experience was too good to be true, I was nervous, however my fears were laid to rest once my I was able to confirm my bookings.
This time around Martin was just as great as the first time. He was able to locate a great deal. I mentioned to him about a future trip and where we might want to visit and he gave me some great suggestions, SKYLUX Travel is great, thank you.

This was my first time using SKYLUX and Sam felt like a friend throughout the process. Planning trips with multiple flights can feel overwhelming; but, Sam was patient, thorough, and consistent in his support. He provided a variety of flight options as well as informed me on which airlines may be best, which accept what frequent flyer miles, chase points, etc., and what he would recommend. He always respected what my priorities were and guided me to the best options from there.

The agent was very understanding and followed up with calls as requested. He responded to all my questions satisfactorily and met my needs. On the day I booked my reservation, I received an E mail from Skylux for available booking for my flights. When I called back right away to book, I was told that the price quoted had expired. This was surprising since I called within 30 minutes of receiving E mail. The agent looked into into and provided me same flight at slightly higher cost of $50/person.
