They can get you a great price and their customer service during sales and booking is great. However, if you experience any disruptions (i.e. Cancellations) their service is horrendous. All of their changes have to be done via email, which if you are half way around the world and fairly remote, that doesn't work well. I was even on the phone with them and told them what flight to book us on and by the time I got the email and replied, which was within minutes, the seats were gone. I asked to be booked in a different class of service and to be booked on the codeshare airline. Both requests were refused. I asked to find me any flight(s) to get home. They could not. I ended up booking myself. Skylux is NOT a full service travel agent! If you need help while you are traveling, you are on your own. Also, I have been waiting for a refund for the cancelled portion of the trip for over 60 days, even though the booking airline has said the refund was processed 30 days ago.

I liked that Trent was able to give me a good price on premium economy for our international flight to Paris,
I also liked that he was able to give us a flight from Ontario airport near our house, instead of LAX which is very far for us with terribly long lines at check in snd TSA.
