Your '´claim spécial services ´´ agent is super qualified. She solve one of the issues caused by the errors of the original agent with whom we worked. The others issues could not be solved because the agent is not with Skylux and the Class of our tickets it would cost Skylux $$$ to cancel Economy ticket and offered us business upgrade. Will we use Skylux in future? For sure we will include your offer to compare with others specialist business class agency.

This is the fourth time I'm using Skylux. While it cannot deliver the low low price advertised unless you are willing to make multiple stops which stretches your journey to double the time the agents do try hard to get you the best routes and best fares possible with minimal amount of fuss.
