I tried reaching our travel consultant yesterday and left a message. Today we tried again, and left a message. Finally called the general number for SL and was transferred to his "cell?". No answer there.
Then we called for anyone to help. We received excellent service. Our regular guy deserves days off but we should be told in the voice mail when he returns to work. We are busy also.
