Axel once again made my Business Class travel plans run smoothly and professionally. He is a credit to the company. I would recommend SkyLux to others. Only snag I experienced this purchase was a system glitch in the payment form. It would not allow certain fields to be open. Ultimately succeeded but frustrating while trying to process.

Dwight did a great job finding a different flight to Hanoi for me. The original itinerary on Turkish airline was changed bi the airline with no reason. Instead of a 3 hour layover it was now 28 hours. Luckily Dwight had convinced me to buy the insurance. Yes it is expensive but it paid off. Skylux canceled the tickets and recouped all of our monies. Dwight then booked us on another flight with a 2.5 hour layover in HongKong. Yes I purchased the insurance again. We are not youngsters. We are post 70 …. Way post 70. The future is so I certainly now that insurance makes sense. If we do not use the insurance 50% will be credited for another trip. All in all a good experience

This was my first time using Skylux and I was apprehensive but surprised in the end. I got a great price on Business (half what I would have paid directly) but the real bonus was the agent, Ulen, suggested that if I didn't go direct from Miami to Barcelona, but did a layover in Istanbul, Turkish air was offering a stay promotion which included a 3-night stay in a 5 star hotel ON THEM! I have booked my hotel and not only got a great price on business, I also got a stay in Istanbul for 3 nights for the same price. WOW!
