Very professional. This service is perfect for the busy traveler. Agents are not like typical agents that provide customer service. They are smart and savvy enough to tailor services to fit your needs. After booking flight, Jordan still follows up, but not in annoying way. For those "loose ends" he is still working. At this writing, I have not taken trip just yet, in a another week.

The agent, Gretel, guide me by the hand and after many options and combination, we found the perfect flights.

We just booked tickets through SkyLux.

Mckenzy helped me, and was very attentive, tried many options until we found the right solution. I like that I can go onto the airline website and see my reservation.

The bad reviews make me a bit nervous when we are spending so much money. If all goes well in December and January when we travel, we will be big fans and book future reservations through SkyLux.

Nancy's service was great. She even tried and found lower price with same dates itinerary after I accepted higher price one.

Really liked the way the customer service representative took into consideration and provided options to suit my needs.

Only caveat I found was after booking, I found cheaper options on kayak
