Due to the coronavirus, my cruise ship embarking port was changed. The cruise company would only reimburse me up to $500 on two business class tickets. I contacted my travel manager, Stacy, and she quickly exchanged my tickets.

We have now worked twice with Amir. He is very attentive to flight times and necessary (but not too long) layover times. He understands international travel and what it takes to put a trip together. Highly recommend.

We were a bit concerned about reserving over the internet, SkyLux was a pleasant surprise. And the person, Olaf, who helped us was great.

I tried a number of different services for my trip. Most didn't get back to me until 3-4 days later. Bernice called me imidiately and sent me itenarary options the next day. I bought the ticket a few days later. I'm still getting options from other companies. Most options are at least $100 more than the ticket I bought.

The savings is substantial over booking direct with the airlines and our agent has gone above and beyond to insure that we have the best flight itinerary possible. Always leery of answering adds. I was so surprised. Terrance was able to get us a good deal on flights in business class... just slightly higher than economy on our return flight, and dropped the price on our outgoing flight in economy by 20%. No business available for that short flight. I will check with Terrence for any flight I wish to schedule in the future.
