Ordered on the 17th didnt ship until the 25th. I would have cancelled the order if I knew it was going to take that long to ship.

The ordering process was simple and quick.
However, the website indicated ship the next day and I'd receive in the number of days I selected re shipping. It did not arrive on time (it was a gift) and actually was 3 days later than promised.:-(
