The model of a Twin Otter l ordered is simply beautiful. These models are very expensive. But worth every penny.
The production time is lenghty, which is made 100% clear, but you are kept regularly up to date with progress.
I had a bit of an issue when they sent pictures of the finished model for me to accept. But this company went well beyond my expectations to resolve the issue, and l now have exactly what l wanted.
If you have any doubts about this company. Then cast them aside. You won't be disappointed!
Ordered a model from their Ebay store and asked for the aircraft presentation to be personalised to reflect a personal attachment to a particular airframe.
After waiting over 2 months, with regular contact, pics of the model were sent for my approval.
It was a totally different colour scheme to what was advertised and what l obviously wanted!
Now having to seek a refund as I'm not waiting another 2 months!
Very disappointing, and totally unacceptable mistake.
This company from the Philippines deserves praise. They manufacture excellent hand made wooden model airplanes. Quick turnaround and good communications. Run by a British pilot.
