1. The drivers spilt your order delivery time many times with other orders and your food gets to you cold and unpleasant.
2. The support team gaslights you into believing that you are wrong when you try to place a complaint about an incorrect delivery or missing items.
3. The support team asks how you want your refund applied, but send you the skip credits before you can answer. This is their way of prompting you to either reorder your food but pay a new delivery and fee and tip, or come back to use up your measly amount of refunded credits.
4. The support team ends the chat on you when you call them out on their scammy behaviour or they straight up get into an altercation with you.
5. Don't get me started on the drivers delivering my food to the wrong house and yelling at me for not putting my complete address. They rarely read the instruction notes or read your complete address and if you live in a unit and your address also has a number in it, good $#*!en luck trying to get your food to the right unit. They never read past the first number to get to the unit number...
6. One order took so long to deliver because the driver grabbed more than one order and I legit made butter chicken and coconut rice 15 minutes into my order being on its way and was dishing food out for my family when the order actually arrived.
It's not a good thing when you have to make your own dinner while waiting for your dinner to get delivered cause your family is hungry and you're watching your driver go in the opposite direction of your house this is a cumulative complaint of about 3-4 years of absolute foolishness. I give up now; I'll just do pick up through the restaurant or slap a dish in my instant pot
Nothing but thief. They will Steal your money not give it back. My mom went on her app used my bank card on skipdishes they desides to make 1 order into 2 orders goes into my account steals My money siting in basement hear a knock go up stair to answer no ones there but extra stuff. So have to message them After explain what happen guys say can't give back money. That they stole with out my permission. Then rudely leaves the conversation right away. You guys are bunch theifs that steal and double charger ur customers there no way someone can make 2 order at the same time and youse have done this multiple times to us and to mutiple

I don't drive, so when my poor husband had his wisdom teeth removed and was in too much pain to go grab take-out (and I was busy taking care of both a baby and my toddler at home) I begrudgingly decided to order from skip-the-dishes for dinner despite SEVERAL experiences of the food not arriving, or showing up late and cold, or having food missing from my order (as well as my son's happy meal toys missing), or terrible customer service, or the driver saying the food was delivered and it wasn't, or the driver leaving my food outside my apartment building despite being given instructions (how dare they ask for tips!), I could go on but anyways! I sat there waiting for 45 minutes for 2 happy meals and a coffee to arrive only to receive NOTHING! The driver lied and said the order was delivered. My poor child almost went to bed hungry, my husband had to drive out to mcdonald's in pain from his tooth removal, UNBELEIVABLE! When I contacted customer service they gave me nothing but scripts and repeated stupid lines of apology. No real action. They suck at refunds aswell. Can we please all band together and get them shut down? (Forgot to mention, several times the driver will state that they're "on the way" with your food, when the tracker shows them to be elsewhere, hence the cold food)
Skip the dishes is the worst delivery app ever. They don't care about their customers and even employees for that matter. No wonder they fired so many of them. I placed an order and the restaurant couldn't deliver it. And skip refused to refund me my money. Is this how you guys are celebrating your 10 years victory. It's a shame. It's not about $30 it's about how you guys do not care. And the customer care chat box is trash. I along with my friends are never going to use the app again. You suck big time
I ordered another of food one day for 5 people. Cost well over $100! I accidentally put the wrong address, because they don't ask you if this is the right address, they just use the last address you used. I contacted support within 1 second! The agent was so rude and so useless! He said sorry it's been more than 5 mins I can't cancel it. Been more than 5 mins because they take forever to answer your! I told him we were not there and just to get the driver to go to the other address. He said no sorry, nothing I can do! My husband had to drive to the restaurant to pick up the food himself! And then to put the cherry on top, they flagged my account as suspicious! Are you kidding me right now? Worst company in the world! How about hiring people from Canada instead of India? They might understand better.

Worst customer service, genuinely do not care about your order, service. Nothing they just lie to you. Don't do it
Placed an order with SkipTheDishes for the first time, the driver contacted me to tell me he was at the restaurant but they didn't have my food they had given it to somebody else and said he would wait and get it for me. Never heard back from him contacted the restaurant and they said somebody else from SkipTheDishes picked up my food and that the person who had come in to pick up my food was gone.
Trying to contact SkipTheDishes is ridiculous especially when you are visually impaired they are not accessible.
Will never use them again totally ruined my evening.
This company is terrible time and time again. They are incompetent. Will never use again. Out of all of the delivery companies thwy are the worst
Skip offered a 50% refund and thinks that's acceptable. My kids were unable to eat 100% of the order and I wasted my money. When I told them their offer was ridiculous they ended the chat with zero concern for my issue. They lost a customer
The company wouldn't issue an honest refund on one of two items missing from my order. I had only ever requested maybe 2 refunds on 200+ orders, both extremely legitimate, and due to Skip's inability to take accountability for their mistakes, I'm so done. I placed my first order with Door Dash today, and I'm not looking back.
Service was excellent, just delivered so fast! I was impressed. BEER was delivered as ordered also!
Food sat for a hour cancelled the order but they delivered it anyways had to throw it out but they only want to give 50 % back.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is horrible, they are nothing but a scam. Don't forget that if the restaurant makes a mistake and forgets an item YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND. THEY WILL SCAM YOU OF YOUR MONEY. I hope this company gets what they deserve and go out of business. Stick with Uber Eats, they actually value their customers unlike this joke of a business
We ordered food. They NEVER delivered. They NEVER called. They kept the money and REFUSE TO REFUND. Bloody thieves STOLE the money. Very UNCOOL. Will NEVER USE THEM or the restaurant AGAIN.
My wife and I were both flagged/banned and the company wouldn't to give us a reason. We then received a gift card from a friend after we had our baby. Skipthedishes wouldn't let them cancel and wouldn't let us use it. This company has the worst customer service. USE OTHER DELIVERY SERVICES!
The workers of skip the dishes give zero craps about the customers. I ordered something and payed lots of money for it, didn't get what I ordered. Instead was given something I don't like at all and then had to waste it. It's sad, I contacted customer support about the issue and they said they would not be giving me a refund for the item I didn't get. This is not the first time they were absolutely no help to a paying customer. Do better or close down the app. I would have preferred getting it myself. It would have been cheaper without all the extra fees that skip the dishes adds, also would have been correct because I would have checked. I just wanted something convenient that day but now I know to completely delete this app. I will try door dash.
My son who is on income support wanted to treat us to lunch today from Wendy's. The Skip the Dish driver took almost an hour to deliver, then proceeded to drop the food off at the edge of the driveway, in the process, removing all lids from the drinks and sped off. My son is trying to work with the "Live Chat" in Skip the Dishes and is getting nowhere. Please watch the attached video and you'll see exactly what I mean. Skip the Dishes should be refunding him every penny and re-delivering his order as the drinks are undrinkable, the frosties turned into watery milkshakes, and the food is ice cold - including the hamburger that is wrapped in tin foil!
It is absolutely the worst. Please do not waste money.
Their drivers not deliver your order and when you ask for refund they will reject helping you because they see multiple refund requests. Ofc there would be multiple refund requests because there was no food delivered. Please do not waste your money. Either use a different delivery service or go out and buy it yourself.
Wish there was a rate level lower than "1" star that I could give. They do not even deserve 1 star.

A few times I have ordered and the drivers just leave my order at another house they need to learn how to use a map or phone if they are unsure
Answer: Not at all easy. And they are disrespectful, rude and downright terrible at providing service. The worst company I have ever dealt with.
