NO RETURNS

I bought a new product that was $100 - tried it twice and they will not take it back bc it's opened. HORRIFYING! Will go back to using Amazon that supports returns. STAY AWAY!

If God forbid you have a reaction to a product they give you the runaround about returning it. Even after you have provided them all the info they need for their compliance dept. I had to get a prescription for a steroid cream and pay for a virtual visit with my derm.

Do yourself a favor. Shop at Dermstore or DermWarehouse both companies are far superior.

Do not buy from here!

Beware ordering from the company. I have only order twice, and both times I received damaged products.

The customer service it terrible and now I won't have a replacement for weeks because it takes days to get a response, and they won't ship my replacement until they have fully processed a return on a damaged product?! I understand maybe waiting until it's shipped but to wait unlit they receive and process a return on a product that was not useable is not reasonable.

I will never order from the Skinstore again! Their return policy (or lack there of) is horrible! I had an allergic reaction to one product in my order and the other product burned my skin. I provided all of the information requested and they were still unresponsive for days. I was finally able to get through to chat, which is always unavailable, when the agent kept telling me that I did not provide the expiration date, which I did. All she had to do was check my messages, but she was rude and insisting that I did not provide that information. To make a long story short, I will purchase my products from Sephora, ULTA, Amazon, or any other store that doesn't hassle you if you have an allergic reaction to a product that they sell.

I placed an order for 2 NIOD and 2 Via Liberata items. Order came with a $64 Dermatologica serum that I DID NOT order. The bottom flap (w/o the tamper proof seal) was open. SkinStore insisted I ordered it and would not provide return postage "for an unwanted item", I suspect now they'll deny me a refund for tampered with product.
Very shady behavior. And no free gift. What a surprise!

Hello,
I purchased the Mama Mio tummy rub oil and tummy rub butter - after using the product for one day, I developed a skin rash on my stomach. When I wrote to the customer service of SKIN STORE - on July 15th relating to the my experience, and requesting a return of the product for a refund. Their response has been a lot of words of helping with zero action. They want to send the products to the lab to test to see why I had a negative reaction, and then upon their findings they will let me know. When one thinks of customer service, and how it should be - a company should make the customer happy first (because that is when you build a relationship and have repeat purchases), Skin Store is no where in the league of what it should be for customer service. Today Aug 25th I am still waiting on a response from them. One is better off purchasing products from a store that supports their customers i. E like Sephora or Amazon!

Buyer Beware!

BUYER BEWARE- They say you can return, but you can't! There's no phone number to call! You can only chat online or email.
If you want to return, you have to email or chat with them first, then they reply back asking why you want to return... after more than a FEW correspondence they tell you that you can't return!

NO STARS!

For businesses like this there should really be a NO star option. Purchased an Iluminage Touch home laser hair removal product and after using it for weeks with no results I wanted to return it. Customer service was useless. No human, just a chat with something that kept parroting that they cannot authorize return on used product. And sorry no refund, sorry no telephone number to speak with anyone and is there anything else I can help you with - - infuriating. Please let my experience be a cautionary tale for anyone intending to buy anything from this awful site.

They send expired products. I contacted their representative and he told me to send him photos of expired products. After that they said that they would return my money and products so that I could throw them away. I didn't get a refund, I wrote to them and they said they would only refund 50% because I threw out expired products. I told them that their representative himself had told me to throw out expired products. They said that there was an error and will return only 50%. I will never buy on their site again and I do not advise anyone to do so

T3 hairdryer

Ordered a travel size T3 hairdryer from this company. I live in the UK. Price was on sale. Item arrived with an American plug on it. I bought an adapter and plugged it in. It did work but the adapter cost me 16.99. But am now concerned that the hairdryer may be fake, after reading reviews. Hopefully not.

I placed an order on July 5. It shipped out July 7 ( I payed for updated shipping) and was returned on July 8 for something they did. It is now July 20. They said they could no expedite my shipping to resend me the product when they are the ones that messed up! I still have no product, no refund and cant get someone to communicate with me. The only customer service is through messaging and it takes days for them to answer and this still has not been resolved. This company has basically stolen my money!

Stay away from this website! They are a scam. They sell fake products and when I returned the products they do not refund. Customer service is robotic and unhelpful. Had same experience with all previous reviews. They just keep on delaying by saying wait 3-5 days before receiving your refund and they never refund. When I contacted again the representative told me my request is being looked into by another department and they cannot discuss this with me further and closed my account.

I purchased a foundation from this company and it was the wrong shade and they are not willing to make an exchange or return. I also purchases a device and it went on sale the next day and they would not owner the sale price. I will NEVER shop here again. There are plenty of other companies who sell these products with much better customer service!

I can only tell you that I was not satisfied with the items I received from this website. I normally purchase city lips enhancer and it works great. I then decided to buy a lip enhancer duo from this website. I read all the reviews of the item not the website unfortunately. And I decided to give it a try, I receive my items within a decent amount of time. I tried the lip enhancers for about a week a week and a half. They do not work, I was a little disappointed so I decided to contact the skin store to inquire as to how to return my items. And of course to my surprise they said If the items are open and I cannot return them! Well how am I supposed to know if something works for me or makes my skin break out if I don't try it? And who have to go back-and-forth with the gal on the chat site regarding my returns. They just said that that's their policy and I can't send it back because they are opened and used. And then they have the audacity to offer me a $7.00 credit on their website! Stay clear of this site, I'm very frustrated and disappointed!

Horrible customer service. Never received my item and they won't refund my money. I've sent emails with no response, I've tried to call but no phone number, I've talked to their robot via live chat but they will not refund my money and lost my order. This is a rip off and do not buy from them!
