Great customer service

Due to weather the radiator that I ordered has not come in yet so I haven't installed the water pump but it appears to be the exact match and am very happy with the response time getting the water pump the radiator was delayed because of weather so you know I kind of expect it to be here tomorrow but thank you for the rapid response

Awesome product and quick delivery! Only issue I had was the box that was delivered was a little small for all 8 packs and one coil pack the plug was snapped off. I would have contacted the company to replace but I was in a time crunch so bought one of the same coil packs at local store same day to finish the car. Other than that amazing product!

My search was for two front wheel bearings for an older Honda, and Sixity had them listed as "two-piece Timken B32 Wheel Bearings" - now since these things are actually an outer shell and inner races, I thought I was getting just one actual bearing, but ordered anyway - the price was better than anyone else, as well. I received the package from Sixity within a week, and with the two bearings I needed! Thank You!

I wanted two of these, and updating my cart to show 2 items kept failing because the web message indicating non-availability is hidden behind another flag on the page! As a result, I could not see what the problem was. So two issues - 1. Web page not user friendly, and 2. If product is not available, list that information so time is not wasted by the consumer.

Company is great USPS Sucks

Every thing including customer service was very good. I had to refuse delivery because the USPS wanted 50% of the cost of parts in additional shipping. Please find another way to deliver that is not overly expensive.

We did not actually charge you for shipping on this order so this was something the carrier was trying to obtain. We do not yet see that the tracking has been updated to return to sender but we advise you to reach back out when it does and we will promptly initiate your refund. Your feedback truly matters, and we’ll keep working to improve this as well as monitor any other instances of this occuring.
