Had some trouble with unknowingly buying counterfeit NGK plugs previously, so I looked up their authorized retailer list and placed an order with Sixity Auto. Price was great (obviously much more than the counterfeits, but much better than the dealership) and got free shipping too!
Found what I needed quickly, got free shipping and a coupon. Great first experience!
I'm no expert but the spark plugs look like the real deal and not counterfeits. I still have to install them to see how they operate. The buying experience was alright. I was disappointed I had to pay for shipping. I would have been happier if it was free. Over 10 bucks for shipping seemed a bit high.
Product and shipping speed was great. Tracking needs work. Wasn't able to track. When I required a response. Wording was in the tone I was up to no good. Because by the time of response. My Product had arrived. Tracking needs to be better. I paid with Amazon. That maybe the problem. Dont know. Definitely a deterrent on purchasing again.

Excellent product and fair pricing. Issue is lack of visibility with Amazon shipping process. Since I ordered directly from your site, not Amazon, I could not track my shipping. Everything else was as advertised and expected.
The box is generic and there is no.way to confirm if you sent the correct item, no way to contact customer service upon receiving to confirm what was sent was what I had ordered. No marks on box and no marks on product. Also box was destroyed and looked like it had been taped back together.
Brake pads I got for my car do not fit as advertised and they did not even issue a refund or return.
