Paid an extra 35 dollars for 2 day express shipping and it didnt show up till the 3rd day after it shipped. Reached out by email for a refund on the express shipping part but still haven't gotten a response afyer several days!

Vulcan brake pads

Brake pads arrived before estimated arrival date but someone took them off my workbench so I never got to put them on. I ordered new ones today realizing that I need to open the package and put them on right then and there

After multiple attempts to get a return label sent to my email, after stating they had sent the return label, I stayed on the phone with them to make sure I received it. Once I sent the product back I had to check the tracking because after 20 days I have still not received my refund. After contacting customer service they are still "checking" on my refund. This was for a product that was not even opened.

Recently I took my atv to a mechanic shop that worked on my model and they put on some cheap so called oem part on my atv and thought that I wouldn't notice because I appear like some unmarried woman. Anyways to make a long story short those Asians in our now caviet emptor nationalist state can get away with muder. Go American!

Polaris XP 1000 RZR, At 84 miles both inner boots on the rear are cracked and losing grease, purchased in may 24. Was told they dont warrenty passed a year and they dont sell replacement boots. We own 4 machines and will not be using sixity anymore
