SimpleTire's website was easy to navigate and had a wide selection of brands to choose from, all at a reasonable price. I ordered my tires and they were shipped to me the next day. Very impressed with their service!
I ordered tires and received an email that they were not in stock and would I like another kind. I said no and would look elsewhere for tires. I was told that they would reverse my charges. Well that was many phone calls and days later. Information was wrong or no information was added. I had to end up having a pissed off conversation with Simpletires and my bank before the money was reversed back into my account. Up to 15 days later my funds were returned to my bank. Buyer beware of who you are dealing with.
