You now have the combination I want. I love the bread. Apparently there was a mix up with my order but I did get it only one day later then my original reply about receiving, but then I was told before I received it that I would soon get notification when my order would arrive. I haven't eaten the bread yet and I'm not sure it is as fresh as my first order. I froze it immediately which I also did with my previous order. I'm just hoping with the delay and mix up it did not mold at all

I would love to give this 5 stars. I really would. It is soft. It tastes great. It is the best allergen free bread that I have found ( I am allergic to dairy, eggs, and gluten. That makes finding bread difficult). However, not only are the loaves very small (typical of gluten free bread), but because of the shape of the loaf, parts of the bread are not usable for anything other than drying for bread crumbs. They are much too small to make toast or a sandwich out of (literally, the end pieces are about 2.5 inches wide). I was willing to pay the price (more expensive than Little Northern Bakehouse Bread) and wait for shipping if the bread was superior to what I have been buying. But it's good qualities don't outweigh the negative ones. It's too expensive. You have to wait for it to be shipped to you. About a fifth of the loaf is unusable. The loaves are too small. Oh, and the sourdough doesn't taste like sourdough at all. It still tastes good, just not like sourdough. And the slices are very thin... about 1/4 inch.

Little Northern Bakehouse is going to win out on this one.

I heard that the loaves were small, but I didn't quite expect them to be THIS small (see pictures), and for the large price point... Can't be sure I'll do this again.
As far as quality, I only tried the sourdough so far and it is moist, consistency is great, much better than othe GF options. The taste is a bit bitter, doesn't really remind me of sourdough, but it's still the best I've had that is GF. The reason I bought this was because it is also soy free, which is hard to come by in GF bread, so if I can't find another soy free & GF option, I'll probably get it again...? Maybe if I'm desperately craving bread.
