3 times I was given a time when Lyn B would contact Me.3 times She was at least an hour late.2 times I had to speak to Her and listen to a crying child in the background.Simple.Biz decided on their own to make my advertising smaller,down to only advertising in 4 Cities.None of those 4 Cities are what We agreed on.My Sales has dramatically decreased with Simple.Biz and They are now telling Me to advertise I will need to Pay More to get the same Coverage I recieved earlier

You did a really Good Job. Everything looks pretty good. Scott did good on this. I was skeptical at first but everything had been a smooth process.
The website was not working correctly. It took 3 months to fix. They tried billing me for a non working website. Trying to get in touch with anyone to resolve the problem was virtually impossible. Had to cancel the service and moved to GoDaddy. I highly recommend NOT using this company.
