The Rep assigned to my account was slow to respond to phone calls. I verbally and by email canceled my account in December. Even though I cancelled the account they still charged my credit card for the month of January. To date they have been unresponsive to my request for a refund. After 30 days it is still under review. Service and speed is definitely not their strong suit.
I was finally contacted by Simple.biz and given a refund along with an apology.

Answer: He sometimes has picked up on the 888 207-7023 number. Yet it has been months since I spoke to him and it was only once for a short few minutes. He said he would have someone get back with me to discuss the issue.
