I order 3 bathing suits JULY 21ST and have been patient knowing that covid has slowed stuff down. But after 2 weeks of no tracking info I emailed and was told it was processing and i would recieve a tracking number next week. Emailed the next 2 weeks when I didnt recieve one and got basically the EXACT same response. When I asked for a refund and told them I felt like I was being scammed the stopped replying to my emails. Disgusting that they are stealing people's money. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

It's been a month, at least, since I bought over $50 worth of bikinis. I've yet to receive them, nor a TRACKING NUMBER alone. I emailed them about this two weeks ago and they said I'd get the tracking number in the next week... obviously, that never happened. The only good review by a "customer" in here is by Angela S, who is literally the CEO of the brand. Dude, I just need my money back.
Customer service will copy and paste the same email back to you. Never received my product after OVER two months, but they kept emailing me a link to their return policy. How can I return something they never sent? Asked to cancel my order and they gave an nonsensical explanation that since they gave it to shipping, they can't cancel it. Then they just ghosted me. Do not trust this incompetent business with your money. They will take it and leave you with nothing. I question the only positive review on here.
They said 3 days which I thought would be a long shot. Well now it's been over 5 weeks and I keep hearing "it's processing, it'll be there Friday". "We don't work on the weekends, it'll be there Monday".
It's honestly a scam and I they won't let me cancel and get my money back".
It took me 2 months to get my bikinis and when I did so the material was horrible. Wrong size and really bad Costumer service.
I have to pay to ship it back and they force me to get another item, they don't refund your money!
Please don't get anything from them. It's a headache

I know the site looks legit - dont fall for it. Entirely a scam, they take your money and will never ship you the product OR give you a refund. The only good review on here is written by the owner.
Ive ordered 3 swimsuits in mid June. Today is August 18 and I am still waiting! Their customer service is $#*! and they are not helpful! Not willing to give a refund either.
I get it that shipping takes longer with covid but I've ordered a bunch of things online during this time and nothing ever took this long or had such a bad customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
I ordered a bathing suit a month and a half ago with expedited 3 day shipping and I still have yet to receive even a tracking number. Every week I ask where my order is and every time I am promised I will receive my tracking number by the end of the day or week. At this point it's clear I'm being blatantly lied to and because they refuse to cancel my order and refund me I'm pretty sure they've just stolen my money. Do not shop here.
I ordered from them before July 4th and like everyone else, have been playing email tag with them. I'm so over it. Luckily I ordered only one bathing suit, but this is a total scam and they definitely stole my money. Have asked for a refund 3 times and now I'm being blocked. Unbelievable. DONT DO IT
This is a scam do not order from this site. They will give you the run around and make a bunch of excuses. They delete negative messages from the instagram posts. Initially they responded to my DMs and now have started avoiding my messages all together. Just absolutely horrible experience. And still have not received my order and more than likely never will.
This is a complete scam and joke of a company-if you can even call it that. 6 weeks and counting for my order to arrive, the email communication has been a total joke. First, the way they are written-extensively, repetitive and with emoji uses like a 9 year old playing CEO and secondly falsely promising to deliver on a weekly basis. They refused to cancel my order after a month because "it was already processed and the system doesn't allow it". At this point, It feels like they've stolen my money. Stay away!
I asked for a bikini and I loved it! They were always in touch with me and warned me that it might be delayed due to the problems caused by covid - 19 all over the world. It arrived in perfect condition and with a nice presentation. I would buy again
Another online scam. I ordered two bikinis almost 10 days ago because they were having a sale and boasted 3-5 days to ship for free. No shipping information has been provided to me and after sending emails and messages on Instagram. The replies were confusing and clearly translated online from Spanish to English. They blocked me on Instagram for writing comments asking for time frames about when they will ship the order. They regularly delete comments from other customers who are asking where their orders are. The only people that advertise the bikinis are social media influencers. I also noticed a few exact same swimsuits on SHEIN for a fraction of the price.
