I ordered September 1st two bikinis on their buy one get one promo (I'm guessing they're doing this promo so more people buy into the scam) but I never received a tracking number, nor replies after reaching out via dm and email or any sign of the bikinis arriving. They seem to delete every Instagram comment that's negative, or asking about reaching out, they also have no tagged photos. I'd ask for a refund but I know I won't get it, I'd rather just ruin their social media reputation and Hopefully be able to stop some people girls from ordering off this site. SCAM! DONT BUY.

I highly do not recommend this brand, please look the other way and ruuuuuuuuunn. I placed my order four weeks ago but have yet to receive my order or a tracking number for my order, which was supposed to be "ready to ship" in 3-5 days. I dropped customer service an email - rejected. Dropped sales an email - also got rejected. I filled in the form on their website, got sent to junk. I'm honestly beginning to wonder if there is even a company behind the website or is it all a facade. Worst online shopping experience ever. Ever ever.

I ordered a bikini for my daughter's birthday, as requested. It's been three months. No swimsuit ever arrived, and my many emails and enquiries have led to the same poorly written excuses each time- but no swimsuit has ever been shipped to me. I've contacted them Via FaceBook, Instagram, even contacted the owner of the site directly and asked her to do the right thing, but nothing. It's clearly a scam. I warned them I would report them to the Better Business Bureau and would dispute the charge with my bank. Today I filed a claim with my bank to get my money back and I encourage everyone else to do the same, and file a complaint about this company.

I purchased 4 sets in mid June and still haven't received them. I've sent several emails asking on the status of my order and I keep getting the message back that the shipping service is still waiting on a tracking number... but they have plenty of time to put new suits on their site and have other influencers on instagram post these new suits? Can't get a refund until I receive my order so my money is being held hostage. And even still if I decided to return my order I would just get store credit? Nope. Don't waste your money here and go to Haute instead of you want cute suits in a timely fashion.

I made an order three weeks ago and I haven't received the tracking number even when I asked for it two times. They gave me the same lame and vague excuses that they were having troubles with delays on shipments. Is the same answer that they give to all their customers as you may see in others reviews. They have been stealing our money with their scam, they have a consistently defrauding behavior and I am starting a lawsuit for FRAUD and SCAMMING.

I ordered a bathing suit from this dump of a scam website months ago. It never came, and when asked for a refund, I got an email stating that it was moved to the shipping floor so I couldn't cancel. Needless to say, it never came. This pathetic "business" is run by Angella Simone. She is a thief and a scam artist. Your products won't arrive. Several people comment on her Facebook page and Instagram page stating that this is a scam, but she deletes the comments and then blocks you. This is fraud. She deserves to be in jail. I am infuriated with this psychotic $#*!.

Orderd my bikini at the beginning of august. When the payment is done, you will NEVER receive a mail with track and trace, or even a mail when it is delayed. In the beginning i was thinking it will be okay. Because they replied my emails 2 times with the famous answer ' yes queen im sorry, you will receive your code in the next week' NEVED HAD ONE!
Now i mailed them a little more angry, because i have to work hard for my money, and she doesn't deserve it if my stuff isn't shipped. My creditcard company is looking in to it, hopefully they will mark this $#*! $#*! brand as a big scam.
Im so pissed right now!

So please, don't try and think it will be okay with your order, it is not! You have been warned, i was too naive..

The fabric of their bikinis is really perfect, I haven't felt comfortable in a bikini for a long time but these pieces make me feel safe!

This company is trash. Their customer service is unacceptable. I purchased 2 bathing suits from here in July 2020. I never received any tracking information for my package, so a few weeks later, I started to email them inquiring about my package. Every week I would ask them where my tracking information was and they responded with the same USELESS message for 2 MONTHS "When I see your order number, the shipping department keeps telling me that your order has been processed and is waiting for a tracking number this week"
Please do yourself a favor and do not purchase from this company. They stole my money and then didn't even care to keep a customer happy.

I ordered 2 swimsuit on June 15 and received it on august 20th. It was supposed to arrive in a week. I sent emails to the email address provided in contacts and this person was not able to give me any informations and barely speaks English. As my order was late they told me they would add a free bikini in my order, which was a lie just so I wouldn't complain more. I didn't receive this free bikini and the quality of the 2 bikinis I ordered is really bad and they look exactly like "made in china" swimsuits. I doubt that it's made in California. I recommend you not to buy any product from this brand.

I wish I had read this reviews before wasting my money. It has been over a month since I bought a bikini and have no information about the tracking number or the order status. They answered my emails saying that "in the next few days" or "in the next week" I would recieve my tracking number, and that did not happen. Then, they stopped answering me, the only answers I get are links to their web page and not the answers to my questions.
