Ordered some jewelry 3 weeks ago, and 3 emails to ask about status goes unanswered. The phone is not valid and no one will ever pick up. An email sent that it's shipped yet label is invalid. How can they run this supposed business?going to now call my cc to dispute charges. Go to the mall and get the same items. Whoever is behind this site needs to rely review their business practice and license removed
I ordered from By Simone Beachwear (a website and company that no longer exists by the way) last year and although the swimsuits did eventually come and are super good quality, it took almost 2 months of going back and forth and receiving sketchy emails for me to get my order.
I am very disappointed. I have not received the produced that I ORDERED in August but have not received my money back that I asked for in October.
Complete scam. At the beginning they were being very responsive, telling me that my package hadn't been shipped because of some problem with the post office, which is the same excuse they give everyone. My order never arrives and after 5 months I wrote them back explaining that it was only fair to ask for my money back and of course, didn't hear back from them again. I wished i would have read the reviews before buying.

I ordered a bikini on July 8,2020. Still haven't received tracking information and all of the email conversations with the company blame Covid shipping delays... it has been 8 months! Thank God it was a sale and I only wasted $30 (which they took out of my bank account)
So I ordered a bikini in July 11th 2020. I was told there was a delay due to covid and she's working as fast as she can n will be sending orders out soon, okay. More time went by, contacted them again, same story and to check my email for a tracking number. Again MORE time went by and I wasn't as nice! The person was rude and told me same bull$#*! story! I sent rude emails n all, it didn't matter because I NEVER received my bikini or a new "tracking number" they take your money n run! Do NOT order from Simone! EVER!
Ordered 5 bathing suits in June 2020 and still not have received them. Unable to track my order and nobody has gotten back to my emails. This "company" stole over 200$ from me.
This website is complete bull$#*!. I ordered a bathing suit back in July and still on Nov. 30th have not received it. I have contacted them via Instagram, email but can't seem to get my swimsuit OR a refund. DONT ORDER FROM THEM BC YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR ORDER!
It's been 4 months since I ordered and everytime I emailed they responded back saying that they're waiting on the delivery department to issue tracking number. Sent yet another email, a week ago, they haven't answered. Looked up their website today which is suddenly not available anymore.
We are in november and like everybody else didn't received my order. They just stole our money.
I think that all together should do something against the creator of this brand, she deserves to be in prison.
I did my purchase on August, 27th, we are in November and I still do not receive a tracking number or any info about when I'll receive my order. I sent couple emails and no returns! The only email I received was that I cannot request refund.
They have a terrible customer service, it's a fake brand. It's ridiculous, they are just taking money from customers.
I was bombarded by ads online so I thought I would try it out, I ordered 2 suits, 2 months later and I haven't received a shipping notice, let alone my suits. I've tried to contact this company over 5 times and I've had an email response that their email could be a scam and it bounced back after the last email. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Complete and utter SCAM.

This is an absolute scam. I ordered a swimsuit online in July. It is now October and I have yet to receive it (if IT even exists...) The customer service is TRASH, they respond with improper grammar and broken English. They also delete any comments via Instagram regarding customers not receiving shipments or calling them out. If anyone needs a witness for their case, please contact *******@scarletttaylormusic on Instagram.

I wish I saw all the reviews on this before buying. Serves me right for not doing my homework. It has been over 2 months now, multiple messages, emails, all gone unanswered. The same, "It's with the shipping department, you'll get your tracking number soon. We cannot refund because it is with the shipping department already, so it has to be sent to you first then you can return the items." Down right scam!
If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order for 2 bikinis on August 24th. Never received any shipping updates, not even a tracking number from them. After waiting A MONTH for any kind of shipping update from them, I asked them to cancel my order, and I still never heard back. They're just trying to scam you into taking your money. Also notice how they only share 5 star reviews? Notice how they're instagram doesn't allow any comments? They aren't showing you the whole truth. Even great brands/products have SOME so-so reviews. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SHOP.
I have not received my order from several months ago. Total scam. The service is horrible, as my many many questions about by order have never been answered.
Was very excited about this brand, turns out I was stupid for trusting it...
Stumbled across this brand on IG and got sucked in by the beautiful photos and the TODAY ONLY sale for 2 for 1 - which is still ongoing btw. Products supposedly take 3-5 days to be processed and then shipped - I've been waiting for 2 1/2 weeks. I was told by a very terrible customer service agent - appalling e-mail! Clearly not suitable for this job - that my order was processed and will be shipped. I have followed up again a few days ago, got an even worse reply. I am not allowed to cancel my order because it has already been "processed in the warehouse" and will have to wait to receive it before I am allowed to return it - however, no one can tell me when it would actually be shipped. STAY CLEAR! Return postage you have to pay yourself. I'm already not in the mood for the bikinis anymore - if they ever arrive and I haven't just been scammed out of my money. Wish I would've had a look on here before getting excited about the order...
I should have realized the prices on the bikinis were too low to be true. Once ordered I never received a shipping or tracking number, even after harassing the customer service staff. It's been 3 months. They will only give you store credit, which means nothing. There should be some legal recourse for this business.
