Do not buy when I say it looked like something out of a gun ball machine it is not worth it at all. After taking forever to come at first I couldn't find it than it finally came. It was terrible buyers beware

Worst purchase ever! I've never felt so upset about a package, and I don't normally write reviews but I had to let others know that you need to be careful with what you write in the description because they are not specific and they will give you anything that they want and when you try to return an item they will not let you because it is personalized and they will offer you discounts but do not take them because it is not worth it you cannot get your money back so please be careful with what you buy I am never buying anything from their site again but I need to warn others to take precaution and what they purchase!
Their jewelry is very beautiful and customer service was very helpful in picking selections I get many complements on my jewelry.

It actually is holding up better than I expected. Has been lasting for a while. Also I always get perfume on it and it stil in good shape.
Boy oh boy I wish I saw these reviews. I ordered a pair of earrings for my daughter‘s 25th birthday I received my order and my earrings first of all the nameplate was tiny itty-bitty on big hoops earrings 2nd the name was dallure they infused one whole L into the A so it said it was dalure but with 1 L not 2. I reached out to customer service and they pretty much basically told me suck it up and they will not redo my order please save your money do not mess with these people at all you will be disappointed. Keep your money.
My bracelet was supposed to say Destiny it looks like it says Desliny it's supposed to be September's birthstone and it's Decembers birthstone. I asked the lady to fix it and she said that I would have to pay an extra 50% to fix it. The metal looks ridiculous and bracelet doesn't even look like the pattern that I picked out. I will never use this company again I can't even get my money back.
