Make great jewelry but they are very unprofessional sent me the wrong size chain they don't refunds and will blame you for their mistakes

I ordered my jewelry maybe 2 1/2 three weeks before my birthday. And I ordered the Teddy XOXO Chain Double Layer Heart Personalized Custom Gold Plated Name Necklace and Bracelet Set. Takes 2 -3 weeks I was worried about it, I ordered on the 14th august 2021 was here by the august 31st 2021… they worked with me they talk to me and communicate with me and make sure that I was satisfied and I am and I can't wait to wear my set for my birthday it's just gorgeous. I wish I would make the ring a little bit bigger so you can see the name on the rain and you can't see the name at all and I got two of them that ain't good I ain't got my ring and stuff on me right now but it's too small you can barely see the name
I was suspicious of the site and brand but took a chance because this was definitely the style of jewelry i was looking for for me and my friends in my price range! Like 288.77 for 6 items and it's all true to length and photographic images and the details seem to be true.
The wait was too long but it was worth it and the jewelry looks very good on me and everyone that I showed it to loves it thank you so much
