I have NOT RECEIVED MY ITEM and it has been A MONTH! I've contacted repeatedly and will be talking to my bank IN THE MORNING THE BULL $#*! TRACKING NUMBER THEY GAVE ME IS NOT EVEN REAL! I will NEVER ISE THEM AGAIN!

This company is horrible. I ordered a ring as a christmas gift for my daughter. After waiting 3 weeks the ring arrived with the letter Y backwards. Mind you its in script font so its very noticeable. I Reached out to the company with a photo of the ring asking for a replacement. They refused to replace the product n only offered to refund $8 claiming that they reached out to their factory and its still the correct letter. First of all there is no factory. It's Ali Express. And 2nd of all it didn't take a factory to tell you that you are looking at the letter printed backwards. They refused to correct their mistake so now I am stuck with a piece of trash. I attached photos. Check out the letter Y in between the a's. It should have read Ma'Kayla
I love this store because it has all the jewelry one needs and it is all very nice. The material they work with is of very good quality.
Honestly worst experience ever. I ordered over $400 worth of products from their site fore me and my children. It took 6 weeks for them to actually send it out, and then when they did their choice of delivery left the package outside my apartment. I didn't even know it was reported "delivered" to them and when I reached out to let them know they told me to pay and additional $220 so I can get my items! Now they don't even respond to my emails. I can't even dispute the charge on my card because they took 7 weeks to ship it out. Worst experience ever!

Jewelry has a cheesy orange tint. I pit it next to my wedding band and it's a coppery orang. Necklace is missing link in the chain. Wanted to do a return for refund. They said they keep 50% of the money. They said it's the same as in the photo on website. That's a lie because website shows a beautiful necklace Not a dried up Cheeto orange. Thanks I will keep the crap to remind myself of $#*!ty companies like you!

Custom jewelry you can't find. Nice, thick reliable piece of material. First I didn't think it was going to come no shipping no tracking number nothing, but I had to read it again and see that it takes 10 to 15 days to customize and then to get your shipping so it's like three weeks but it's worth the wait will definitely buy again and again
You can't listen to negative things people say about Silviax you have to experience the customer service and quality of the jewelry for yourself my fiancé and I got ours in two to three weeks which wasn't long for them to have to make them and ship them we love ours will be ordering more for kids
